everyone reports to the reception as they arrive at the campsite, and pay the guy for yourselves and for how long you're staying.... very easy that way..... tell 'em you're with briskoda, so they put you in the right place......

dunno if the auction is still going ahead, there was a thread started by gilly, but I don't think anyone posted relpys :(

I'll be there friday lunch-ish.... swmbo will still be at work, so I may need help with my tent! :o

I'll print out the route for the drive for sat, so everyone can have a copy (we'll never stay together!)

note: the drive is not obligatory, there are alot of single track roads, and some"jumps" lol.. and some very low (or very cherished) cars may not wanna come, but you could always be a passenger in someone elses... lots of tourists too, so we won't be "hairing around" ..... althoughthere are a couple of "nice" roads for a bit of fun ;)

some people may wanna do different things like walking/riding/watersports ect

sat pm, big BBQ/****-up sesh...

sunday? no real plans, up for owt (auction?)

monday, gilly's b'day, a few of us are staying on and doing the hardnott pass ect, and a pub lunch

We should be up by fri lunch time, so I'll give you a hand sharkrider.

I've taken a half day on the Friday. Not sure what time we will arrive but should be there by first orders.

Eldest HC can't come Dave if you want to revise the list.

Looks like a good weekend happening.

Davy

i ll be coming up the A1 friday evening

we be leaving just after swmbo finishes at 3pm, 4.5 hour drive nearly 300 miles, if i can get past brum by 4-4.30pm then hopefully it will only take around 3.5-4 hours.

just wondered did the shell garages between the M6 (im heading from the south) and the camp site did they have any fuel problems this weekend? i envisiage that the fuel protest/picket thing will go on for another few weekends.

cockermouth had no fuel yesterday, and won't get any until wed.... workingtone had three fuel stations out, but BP texaco and morrisons were fine... our esso ones in keswick are fine, but I don't know about the shell one in penrith.... you have to drive 100yards past an esso one though to get to the shell one, so if theres no shell, I'm sure esso will still be suplied (no nicev-power though)

We are too... might see you somewhere along the way!

I'll be filling up here in York before we set off... no problems getting fuel so far then that should be enough for the whole weekend!

Thanks again Sharkrider for organising the campsite! Although i suggested this thing... you were in a better position to organise it (seen as though you live up there!)

Phil

I'm meeting up with Captain Scarlet, at the travel lodge on the M6 J42 and then perhaps taking the scenic route to keswick.

I hope to be there by late afternoon. I need to find a supply of v-power though. :o

All being well the Pat clan will arrive around lunchtime Friday :)

Cool Davy. Depending what time you get to me we can easily take the scenic route. Could mean us arriving around around 6pm ish. Better get some grub on then and get the shelter's built....lol

Doh, I need flogged for forgetting that....

No certainty that I'll be able to get the tent up in one piece...lol might have to sleep in the car.

If you need a hand putting up your tent I'm getting quite good. My best record last month 10 mins.

Yeah we can give it a go...thanks. Putting it away is always easier I find.

1. get in car, engage 1st gear,

2. drive over tent,

3. collect remains and stuff into boot....
