  1. Welcome to the site I would check the alternator wires down at the gearbox. Does the battery light come on with the ignition turned on (engine not started)?
  2. Just bought a brand-new printed one off them for a Peugeot 107 (Toyota Aygo) as I'm most likely getting a 2013 one off a family member as my next car. Online or printed version are £20 each, or both for £25. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154900654875?var=455022533543
  3. Haynes website. I paid for the online manual.
  4. You could try removing the cluster (very easy) and remove the two plugs, give all the plug and socket contacts a spray with contact cleaner and plug & unplug them a few times & then try it. I have had dodgy plug connections on my cluster like that. The cluster plugs seem a bit fussy. Failing that, it could be a bad solder joint as said above.
  5. No, I think the switch might be inside the lock on non CL cars, not clipped to the outside of the lock body like the CL ones. Probably be just as easy to get a new lock.
  6. The locks can be taken apart and new microswitches fitted if you have the skills. Done mine.
  7. Pretty sure the non central locking versions still have a microswitch inside the lock unit for the interior light/buzzer.
  8. The bellows is the outermost rubber thing and the piston seal is a rubber ring deeper in the bore. 4. Piston seal. 5. Dust seal (bellows).
  9. Think there is a lip on the dust seal that fits into a groove in the caliper. It's most likely stuck and might get mangled trying to remove it. You can get new ones.
  10. This guy used a cable tie to operate the flap .....
  11. You mean rear axle beam bushes? VW Golf here, very similar procedure....
  12. Belated Happy Birthday, Ryan!
  13. Sounds like the solenoid has thrown the towel in.
  14. Don't mind admitting that I had to google that
  15. Have done both of my front struts and springs and there was no plastic piece like that in them.
  16. LED car bulbs from China can be rubbish.
