  1. Next stop was 95694 Km (393,5 in the Trip meter) so 393 Km distance, was in Mountain Route were a moved faster than normal although i had luggages inside. The Total consumption was 25,4 litres which is 6,46 ltr/ 100 Km Average or 43.73 British MPG, very good result in a hot Summer day. The Ø indication in the TC-6 agrees. I have another one final MPG test plus a photo of the maximum coolant temperature (compared to the indication of the console gauge) till the end of the whole test for Summer.
  2. A member @Thefeliciahacker has changed his windshield with an aftermarket. Be aware for cheap Chinese made, do not worth the cost and the visibility is not good.
  3. These are my Summer records for a trip. In the future i will do a Winter test to see the differences.
  4. 95539 Km (238,3 in the Trip meter) so 238 Km distance which i could push things a bit more in Mountain Roads till 4100 rpm the Total consumption is 15,9 litres which is 6,69 ltr/ 100 Km Average and the Ø indication in the TC-6 agrees. Next stop was 95619 Km (318,7 in the Trip meter) so 318 Km distance the Total consumption was 21,2 litres which is 6,66 ltr/ 100 Km Average, both very good results ! As you can see i had problem taking photos, the sun's angle didn't help at all-was a hot day and i had not enough patience. One more test and the Summer is out, things went quite well far better than i was hoping.
  5. You have rust on the sills or you have damage them for example while parking push them on the pavement?
  6. Very common for Off-Road modifications here in Greece, examples: https://www.amortiserladas.gr/product/elatiria/ypsomatos-prosthikes/kit-prosthikes-anypsosis-empros-piso-50mm-apostates-amortiser-gia-suzuki-jimny-1998-2018/ From UK https://www.4x4predator.co.uk/suspension-lift-kits/nissan-navara-32mm-front-rear-lift-kit/ Also Custom can be made from Teflon-Acetal-PVC-Polyamide.
  7. 8. The code is: 1H0953257B https://webautocats.com/etka/skoda/fel/101/953600/ To buy it as new the price is astronomical ! 😲
  9. The code on the module helps? In the other end of the ring isn't the modul attached?
  10. You had in the past oil leaks with the 15W-50?
  11. 95456 Km (155,3 in the Trip meter) so the distance was 81 Km in Mountain Roads. Keep in mind that the car had: 2 persons, 2 valises, 3 sport bags and a 3/4 full tank in a hot sumemr day. The Total consumption is 9,4 litres which is Average 6,06 ltr/Km or 46.61 British MPG (Excellent result) 🤩 The Ø indication in the TC-6 agrees.
  12. I can not rely 100% on the factory cluster gauge but on the other hand the aftermarket on the central console isn't something expensive as a GReddy or AEM.
  13. The car is off, below the digital meter says 13,13 volt.
  14. Refuelling, TC-6 is zeroing and the trip begins, Odometer indication is 95301 Km (324,8 in the Trip meter), at the first stop: Now the Odometer indication is 95375 Km (74,8 in the Trip meter), the distance was 74 Km in Highway and the Total consumption is 4.4 litres which is Average 5.94 ltr/Km or 47.56 British MPG. The Ø indication on the TC-6 agrees. Keep in mind that the car had: 2 persons, 2 valises, 3 sport bags and a full fuel tank so with that weight i find the Fuel Consumption that hot summer day as Very Good. The next measurement is after a Mountain Route (lot of curbs in an uphill and then downhill) till final destination at noon.
  15. An unofficial comparison of what the cluster gauge shows and what the aftermarket in the console (it's sensor is after the expansion tank's hose to the radiator). and The photos are taken immediately when i stopped the car. As you can see they don't match.
  16. Apology: i have done a mistake in posting, i forgot to mention that from the point of 94969 Km i have changed the G12 Plus with the good-old G12 so any MPG results from this point https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/512393-cooling-system-problem-again-in-my-felicia/page/3 till today are with G12, so any comparisons from now on are: G12 HEPU and old radiator vs G12 HEPU and new radiator. So i had: 95297 Km and i had 21 litres which means from the 94976 Km i have travelled 321 Km distance (according to the Trip meter is 321,1) the Total fuel consumption was 6,54 ltr/km or 43.19 British MPG and the trip begins, after refuelling the Odometer indication is 95301 Km (324,8 in the Trip meter) Total consumption 21.5 litres and Average is 6.6 (or 42.80 British MPG). The next measurement was in 95375 Km, i have also manage to take photos from the highest point of coolant temperature at 95640 Km and i will compare it with the indication of the console thermometer. (to be continued)
  17. If you can design a different type of fan blades or install a most powerful fan from another model then go for it. I have opened in the past a topic about an auxiliary electric fan. I think my contribution in this topic ended...
  18. I remembered these: "It's a liquid cooled engine. Cooling the engine bay doesn't do much. "Felicia has a big hole under the engine, I could feel hot air coming out of the engine underneath and the car - and that was with the weak motor of the non-ac 1.3. With AC, you have two speed fan, if it's not kicking to second speed, you have plenty of cooling."
  19. Skoda Felia 1.6 AEE 75Hp brake pads https://kritosparts.gr/SKODA-FELICIA-I-Pickup-(6UF-6U7)-10-95-04-02-1.6-AEE-(75hp)-06-97-04-02/Takakia-set/m106_a3994_t8702_r402_v2 Click the i for each one to see the dimensions.
  20. I have posted in the past photos of mine (with A/C) there is no space to fit a larger radiator (ftom th 1,6) because the aircondition pipes are obstructing the fitting.
  21. I am on vacations, new measurements and photos soon. I will make a comparison betwwen the gauge indication and the console (coolant) thermometer, snapshots from the highest gauge indication plus fuel comparison measurements.
