Sorry but it's PCV or PRV? I read from other drivers that have a problem with PCV when does not work properly.

I want to make an experiment to remove it just for few kilometers to see hoe the engine will work. As for the hose that drives emissions to the throttle what must i do? To put a small filter as previous or the emissions must turn back to the engine to be burned?

In the past i have read many opinions about that cover, some say we needed some say it's not necessary. Leave it as is, the factory knows better Remove it, you can make inspections work better without it Leave it, cover some crucial parts Remove it because preserves heat and does not let the engine cool faster Leave it, covers the noise from the engine Remove it does not protect from the noise at all Leave it because driver the incoming air with a specific pressure to the throttle Remove it because the air will entrance to the throttle without any obstacle Leave it, protects from air turbulence as comes from the filter box Remove it as the same do the guys with cold air intakes. plus some other opinions that i am not remember now. Another issue is the hose that begins from beneath the engine oil cap and goes to the throttle. Leave it, it is ''oiling'' the throttle Remove it, transfer dirt inside the throttle Keep it but put in the end a small filter No the filter after some years gets dirty and the dirt returns back Put an oil catch can Leave it free No that's not good for the environment Keep it but not block the end because the pressure will make the cap pop-up plus some other opinions that i am not remember now. Gentlemen, what's your opinion about those matters?

Let's hope that vibrations + cables ties won't hurt the thin metallic folds of the radiator in long term use. In high speed driving (national road) the auxiliary fan will spin alone?

We can screw the upper part of the new fan on the plastic radiator duct but what about the lower part? Bracket of some kind of patend?

Hear at 0:53 till 1:27. We can not use Puller fan since we have that factory metal cover but isn't risky to cut it and install one?

1) The position of the auxiliary is crucial? I mean as we look the radiator left or right? On the right is the stock fan and the auxiliary will push air to him. 2) Will work independently or together with the stock?

I don't know if a local car refrigeration technician wants to start such a project (cutitng and diversing pipes etc). Usually they start the excuses ''don't do it, leave it as is stock, don't mess with modifications, you are looking for trouble'' etc because they don't want to envolved, they prefer the easy tasks which bring them easy money. The 1.9 hasn't that rectangle plastic duct in front?

To install the 1.6 radiator i had to pay a guy to modify the front duct to make it wider and pay a mechanic to modify the condenser pipes to gain few cm. On the other hand some cm will be lost on the other side since car's body metal sheet covers them. So only few cm (with such a cost) will provide remarkable thermal efficiency to say that the project worth it?

Yes, it has been mentioned elsewere that removing this plastic duct only makes things worst, the inclinations on the sides makes more incoming air to "hit" the radiator and not lost in turbulances around it.

Isn't that for the thermostat? It's the stock.

This is the front-left the front-right and the Inside-right side. I see an empty space down there, the hose is from the end of the radiator estimated about 8cm plus at least 3 from the other side is 11Cm From the 1.3 radiator (485mm) to the 1.6 radiator (590mm) we have 105mm (10,5cm) so it may fit even a little bit tight.

The black metallic plate where the fan is screwed, that cover has 2 bolts on top and 2 below the radiator. So we keep the radiarot fan, the cover and we install a bigger radiator from 1.6 which is few cm wider? I will take a photo tonight of mine from that spot since this old photo is not good.

If i can "steal" 1-2 cm from one side and the 3-4cm from the other (which i can based in photos) then maybe. Must i buy the 1.6 metal cover too or i can keep what i have?

Here are 2 photos from my radiator, the back (the smaller) has only 3-4cm space till reach the bolt. I don't see how a bigger radiator can fit in there. 😟

For us that term means ''girlfriend in a not serious relationsip'', it's not a slander and every young person here use it (in speach or writing) plus you can find it in song lyrics.
