  1. Depends what kind of equipment has each repair-shop.
  2. Washer Cap Push Nuts or https://www.indiamart.com/proddetail/engine-oil-metal-tin-spout-cap-21913564730.html or a guy with lathe machine to make you one.
  3. Here is the translation: Left Front - Caster, Camber, Leaning Angle (Center) - Total Leaning angle, Level the steering wheel Right Front - Caster, Camber, Leaning Angle Left Rear - Camber, Leaning angle (Center) - Total Leaning angle, Course angle Right Rear - Camber, Leaning angle

  5. In the past i had the idea for a rear strut brace, there was a guy here in GR which could make custom for models which you couldn't find as after market. My main problem was that this rear strut brace was dividing my trunk space, i could load suitcases etc so i abandon the idea. Below is an example from other brand, Renault but is very similar.
  6. Before as we say here was ''like a boat'' ,is like the moving of a boat from left to right when is anchored in the sea which is not calm. I installed the strut brace and after a while the anti-roll bar next, the car had already new lowered springs and new shock absorbers (Koni) so the whole ''package'' was far more ''tight'' and very useful in sport driving style in road mountains than the Stock.

  8. The price is very high for an estate item like this: https://www.b-parts.com/auto-parts/engine-transmission/anti-roll-bar-skoda-felicia-i-6u1-1994-1995-1996-1997-1998-4017857 Back in the good old days Eibach sell this for Fellica (i have bought it, i have the 1.3 No ABS-Airbag edition) but now isn't on their catalogue any more.
  9. "As for the record" (practically is for Google search from a Felician) the Skoda sold as an extra a strut brace like the one in the photo. I have it in my Felicia Glx 1300cc.

  11. You already have and OBD1 (or plain OBD) port in your Felicia which is connencted with your ECU. You want to plug one of those fancy OBD2 devices to that port to read some ECU parameters? You can't.
  12. Me too, i had a sort of ''sponge feel'' (as we say it here) after the mechanic changed a brake pump. I told him but insisted that the pump-bleed-add new brake fluid is ''the New way, much better'' etc so by first chance i went to another repair shop with a stictly order ''i want the old-school method with two persons'' and guess what? When i took my car things were much better then before, by instict i didn't liked the modern method, i wasn't convinced that it can remove completely the air bubbles from the system.
  13. I have heard that in Skoda from year 2000- more aluminium and more metal-recycle materials are involved. Tha same with plastics, hard in touch but durable in older cars, prettier but softer and scratch sensitive in new ones.
  14. Lucky guy! Yes i still have them but after the well known problem the sensor ''reads'' the coolant temperature just before the radiator and it's hard to look in the console while driving especially in Mountain roads. I had in the past a gauge in the plastic column (driver's side) but blocks the vision in parking movements. I have to thing about it. What worries me is that i can not attach a sensor inside the expansion tank for example so i could read the digital numbers easily at a glance.
  15. and don't trust the Skoda parts seller which gives anything is suitable for him at this moment. I lost money in wrong Bosch lambda sensor plus money in gas plus many hours of worry ''what's wrong?"
  16. The best idea is to buy a thermostat with his own housing so no fitting problems. Here are some examples: One , Two , Three plus in ebay.co.uk etc. I have done this few years back (after having problems trying to fit new thermostat to previous housing) and ''case closed''. For Target and Favorit sure but i wouldn't take the risk since there are ''ready to use'' tested solutions for Felicia. https://ukrparts.com.ua/part/115052010/vag/ https://brovacar.ua/en/shop/1979 https://www.niparts.com/OEM/D4A077/VAG/113052060.html
  17. The new NGK Lambda sensor was ''the Master'', without him no matter how i have tried i would have such low Mpg numbers. The programmer insisted than the Bosch wasn't the best choice and he could not guarantee that the signals which was sending to the ECU would be 100% proper. Due to the high temperatures and the climate change here in Greece you can use a motorcycle even at October (!) so the Winter car traffic times will come at least in November.
  18. Cold start measurement: the car has parked in the road and the morning sun could hit it directly so it took only 5 seconds. Fuel consumption: 2 persons, Mountain roads (not high rpm) National road (speed till 100-120 Km, in purpose no more but with medium load of baggages in the trunk) 12th Gas station pump test: 314,4 Km distance, 21,070 ltr fuel which means 6,70 ltr / 100 km or 42,16 Uk mpg which is the personal fuel consumption Record from 2005 till now 2022. 🤩

  20. Some guys at Upholstery repair-shops can replace the base-side factory foam with their own make it look like a Recaro. They also can make a custom cover for this seat.
