  1. Mine keeps brake lights on even when switching to P mode. Only applying manually EHB will take the lights out.
  2. +1 Have been using these on my Skodas since the beginning. Stone marks tend to get rusty. Undone rusty stone marks could get your body warranty revoked. Skoda has pretty soft paintwork. Never needed any touch up kits on my previous 4 Mondeos.
  3. NTFS works just fine, no need for specificly FAT32.
  4. Very handy to look after front corners. For example you have to reverse at 90 deg angle and there is a curb you don`t want to touch with you shiny alloys. And front cam - you can park just 2 mm from your neighbour`s car
  5. Just for additional information: I have Makita compresor fridge, which can work from 18V batteries (2 x 6Ah batteries = 17 hours of work, according to producer). However I have left the fridge in the trunk for 2 days without driving the car meanwhile and the fridge still retains the given 5C and works from the mains lead, hasn`t reached the cutoff voltage yet, no switching to batteries. Means the insulation and the compressor must be top class.
  6. Using since 2019. Just installed third set in a row.
  7. I drive a lot, 85 000 km per year. I used to have punctures all the time, but since I started to use Pirelli Scorpion Verde Seal Inside tyres, I haven`t got any puncture anymore. Might be just a coincidence, but that`s the fact.

  9. I have MIB2 unit, but I remeber someone told that you have to install widgets to all available areas, only then takes the Home button you home by pressing once.

  11. Yes, it`s maps. Although the camera makes most of he time road sign readings, the base for sign recognition lies in maps. I get the same warning on new road sections, which are not on the map yet.
  12. Don`t shoot the messenger.
  13. Superb 2 had a possibility to tune the onboard computer`s consumption readings with VCDS. I remember I had to add 12% to achieve the correct brim to brim figures. That was before the tuning box. Box messed the readings up, but that`s another story.
  14. I have had several tuning boxes and remaps on my cars during last decade and no one has improved the fuel economy. Makes sense - the map I am using on Kodiaq added 52 HP and 100 Nm. How the hell could it be possible with reduced economy? If you read the terms (very tiny letters usually), the tuning software / hardware producers claim the economy is achieved only and only through the faster acceleration (car reaches max speed faster therefore uses less fuel). However there are boxes/remaps that can reduce the fuel economy, but they will cut a fair amount of horses off the engine.
  15. Higher ones are not a problem. I have Thule Wingbar Edge and they are so low that there is no chanche to open or tilt the sunroof.
  16. Can you please explain? I have found only option to choose skin.
  17. memory of last-selected drive mode on start-up That would be interesting. • enable locking of car while engine remains running • permanently disable Start/Stop These I have already activated with VCDS.
  18. If you press the scroll button, it gives a chache to select the screens to view. But after restarting the car everything goes back to default.
  19. I remember someone said that the activation at the dealer will cost smthng 300 quit. Better ask there.
  20. @nnever I have MIB 2,5 Columbus, not so familiar with MIB 3.
  21. The upper pictures are MIB 3 headunit. The lower ones are MIB 2,5 (discontinued).
  22. Stop trying, you cannot get it working. 2019 models have old password protected access to modules and you can tweak them using OBD11, VCDS or anything similar. 2021 models have modules protected by codes which you can get only from VAG server. So, no access to change coding with OBD11.
  23. The sporty range-topping KODIAQ RS has not only had a visual makeover but has also been given a new, more powerful TSI engine. And that is?
