DSG auto gearbox, no creeping forward, is there something wrong with it?
I think you're the 1st person to mention this problem on this forum To me it's not normal. Every auto I've driven has the crept forward and it makes for easy maneuvering it tight spaces. I'd miss it a lot.

Is a common problem. The last post in the above link mentions a sunroof specialist in Surrey.

Weird engine noise and on-board witnesses check engine, oil transpiration for octavia mk3 2017 1.6 tdi
The check engine light is on because the engine is not running or does the rev counter not work?. It should go off after starting the engine.

Apologies. You're correct. Mis-typed when taking the info from the Transport for London website

Oil around the filler cap
Run the engine with filler cap off and see if there are any or excessive fumes escaping. Could be too much pressure building up.

1.6 TDI or 1.4 TSi
To be ULEZ compliant, a diesel has to be to Euro 6 standard which was introduced in Sept 2016 for cars. 11k a year is not much for a diesel engine. Of course, it depends on your style of driving. I'm running a 1.6 DSG diesel and the two compliment each other. No issues with the DSG.

Skoda Octavia Petrol- EPC and check Engine light always on when ignition is turned on and goes away when engine started and P036600 error
Can't tell you about the error code, but the lights coming on with the ignition and then going off with engine running is normal. Start worrying when they come on with the engine running.

DSG modes stopped working
You seem doubtful as to whether they're working or not. I don't understand. If you had full function before the service and now you don't, then the dealer has done something wrong. Most people know how their car behaves, so unless the car is new to you, as soon as you noticed something was wrong it should have been reported to the dealer straightaway. Why wait two weeks?

Rear Lamp light questions.
OP is under the impression he has Matrix headlights which weren't introduced until 2019/20 on the Superb. He just has HBA.

Many threads on this subject. Sounds like the water pump.

Rear Lamp light questions.
I don't think so. Matrix headlights were first introduced on the Superb in 2019/20. I think you will just have HBA which automatically dips the headlights instead of you doing it manually.

Bosch Battery life - 5 years?
According to the manufacuring code, my Varta battery is 10 years old next month. Hasn't given a hint of trouble. It's regularly had long periods of discharge (2/3 months) and never failed to start the car. Stop/start has never been a problem. It's just pure luck with batteries.

Bosch Battery life - 5 years?
Why don't you turn the box off until you next need to use the car (at least 24 hrs) and see if that makes any difference?

SKODA OCTAVIA VRS CHALLENGE TSI - Snow driving advice please
I guess you are a new and inexperienced driver to be asking such questions . You're just now thinking about winter tyres for the future when winter is already here, but you want to keep them in your husbands "man cave"? I assume you mean to keep them there during the summer months?
