  6. The OP hasn't been on the forum since the date of that post so I wouldn't hold much hope of a reply
  7. Just watched the whole video and for certain the DLR's going in antiphase with the indicators is certainly a UK MOT fail as I had my Octy fail for just that reason as only Amber/yellow can be used for indicators any other colour is a fail
  8. Tricky one that, as that car isn't a Skoda and you haven't said what model you have ???
  9. It will be the boot lock signalling the BCM that it's not closed

  12. I thought he was one of the co owners of Whisper productions who provide the CH4 coverage ??
  13. The white wire on the headlight is the main beam supply so as @Pete_Ex-Wino it will read as good as short to ground through the filament and even if you disconnect the filaments there will still be the high beam warning LED in the speedo and that will also show as an effective short to ground
  14. The Grey/Blue & Grey/Red are the L/R sidelight supply and the Yellow/Green on pin 4 of the main switch goes to fuse #57 and on to the headlight bulbs, the White wire going into the BCM looking at earlier models was the wire for the headlight washers if fitted
  15. Looking at the various versions of the headlights on the MK2 (2011) the dipped beam supply does not go via the BCM only the side light output from the light switch goes to the BCM
  16. Was this the item you found on the transmission tunnel ? If it was it's the airbag ECU

  18. My Manta GT/E was written off coming back from it's first MOT so I bought the salvage and rebuilt it for stage rallying
  19. Did you remove the 50amp fuse on the battery box ? as they are prone to partially fracturing so a quick visual check they look OK you need to unbolt it and have a good close inspection
  20. https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2006-453/4/ there are more than 1 options so scroll down to the relevant section regarding PR code
  21. Strange DC wasn't on the CH4 coverage as I've just seen pictures of him in Baku with Sky's Natalie Pinkham ??
  22. It might not of been a GT/E but it had a VW badge and looked Golf shape they were pointing at
  23. With the brakes being affected, I would be looking for a split vacuum pipe
  24. 5 years ago in MK shopping centre they opened an "EV" experience shop (it closed a few weeks ago)just after it opened I was passing and someone leapt out of the shop and asked if I would like to try a Golf GT/E EV "No thank you" Why ? " I currently drive a Golf derived car (Octy 1.9tdi) I can hook up my caravan drive around 300+ miles till I need to refuel 10 mins to refill with dead dinosaurs and off I go for another 300 miles and when I get to the campsite the beers in my fridge are ice cold, with an EV the trip would take at least 3hrs more and my beer would be luke warm"
