  1. Not exactly the same but I have changed the spark plugs in both my 1.2 TSI four cylinder Fabia and my 1.0 MPI three cylinder Citigo. All the plugs that came out looked the good and all looked the same. Thanks. AG Falco
  2. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1311&_nkw=skoda+yeti+4x4+gearbox&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_odkw=skoda+yeti+gearbox&_osacat=0 Thanks. AG Falco
  3. Is this night time mode when you have the car headlights on? Thanks. AG Falco
  4. Yes, but it uses the same washer container. So back to checking your washer fuses. Thanks. AG Falco
  5. Look here:- https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/tyre-alloy-wheel-section/168043-pcd-variation-bolts-aka-wobble-bolts-myth-versus-reality.html Thanks. AG Falco
  6. 175 70 14 is an option, as shown on the tyre pressure sticker plate behind the fuel filler cap. Thanks. AG Falco
  7. 215 45 16 on a Fabia III but only 185 60 15 on the smaller size. Thanks. AG Falco
  8. What voltage is the battery at? Thanks. AG Falco
  9. Not uncommon for the fuse to blow for the windscreen washer pump when the water is frozen and the washers are used. Cheaper to replace a fuse than a pump. The one pump does both windscreens. Thanks. AG Falco
  10. Just come back from shopping via Zig Zag hill in the snow. But I had my secret weapon fitted, some Three Peak Mountain Snowflake Marked tyres. Swapped / Fitted them again back in November from the Summers. The car struggles when the snow is more than 4 inches deep. 😲 ( not today ) Thanks. AG Falco
  11. The full DOT code is only on one side of the tyre, so it will be on the inside of the other one. Thanks. AG Falco
  12. The recommended size for your car are on the inside of your fuel filler cap. You might find that 185 60 15 is one of the tyre sizes. If so 185 60 15 tyres on a 6 x 15 wheel might be a more popular size. Thanks. AG Falco
  13. Running the higher full load / high speed tyre pressures will also help. Thanks. AG Falco
  14. Move diagonally forwards. Suck it and see. What is the DOT code of the rear ( Bridgestone? ) tyres? Thanks. AG Falco
  15. Have you got the 16 or 17 inch tyres / wheels? It happens on the inside edge of the rear tyres. The leading edge is higher than the trailing edge of the tread blocks. If you swap the rear tyres from side to side you will be going up the saw tooth edge. This can make the worn bearing like rumble go. Long term rotate your tyres and always fit new tyres to the rear. If the fronts are the worn pair then move the rears diagonally to the front. Thanks, AG Falco
  16. Keep away from any rubber boots / seals. Thanks, AG Falco
  17. Was the correct type of battery fitted? Most Fabia's have an EFB stop/start type battery fitted. Thanks, AG Falco
  18. Ok, done me usual pre winter check on Saturday Fitted new front tyres at 68k miles but swapped to rear. The two tyres I fitted a year ago went to the front, hardly any wear on them after 10K miles. I now have the same make/ tread pattern all round. Definitely better wet grip / turn in on these. Checked / adjusted the front toe as it was a little out. All brakes at 68K and are still original from new from 2016. Front brake pads at 6 mm and rear pads at 5mm, with all brakes stripped, cleaned and regreased. All disk faces are clean, flat and have no rust spots/patches high points. All are original brake parts. A small rusty lip has started. Photos are after the strip down. First photo is front and second is rear. So brakes are about half worn. 😲 Car still good. Thanks, AG Falco
  19. Different resistance is being noted. I don't think that you can ( easily ) change the DRL LED's. I presume you have the 4 X H7 bulbs with dipped projector headlight units? You can Turn the DRL's via the infotainment menu via:- Car. Settings. Note that these are also your parking/side light bulbs, they just work at a lower power output. Thanks, AG Falco
  20. I have the normal plip key and am still on the original battery from 2016 / 68K miles. Hope yours is now sorted. Thanks, AG Falco
  21. I fitted Osram Night Braker Laser to mine or the Philips Xtremevision. I also needed to raise the Headlight aim as well on mine. Thanks, AG Falco
  22. Yes. Thanks, AG Falco
  23. Have you got the headlight units with 2 H4 bulbs with reflector units, or 4 X H7 with dipped projector units, or full LED units? Thanks, AG Falco
