TMC traffic events no longer being received...firmware update required?
If that is indeed true it would be disappointing, but until they actually come out and say what their fix is and what hardware it will be applicable to then its a waiting game. ðĪ

TMC traffic events no longer being received...firmware update required?
Seems a bit of a sweeping statement as you don't actually know what the issue is, contractual, firmware, etc, all you can say is on some manufacturers the TMC system is currently inoperable and currently impacting your VAG car. The issue is for the manufacturers to establish and put their own solution in place when they find it, other manufacturers issues and INRIX etc are all of little consequence to VAG who like other manufacturers will need to admit there is an issue and put their own spin on a solution at their own pace. For that we shall require to wait for VAG, just my opinionð

Under tray
Fairy doo's J.R. we have 2 Yeti ( is that the plural ?) in the family, ours an L&K Outdoor 4WD and has the optional rough road kit which is defo more than polyethylene as I suggested maybe Tepex, but the other is a Yeti City? FWD version and it has a structural fabric moulded under tray ... both are facelift versions wonder why there seems to be so many variants of an undertray fitted during the life time of the model .. seems a bit excessive ðĪ

Under tray
Sounds ok short term, or ty-wrap to the original mounting holes unless the have been broken/worn off/damaged.
-
Under tray
Hi, not sure but happy to be corrected, I believe the undertray is made from structural fabric unless you have the "rough road kit", which is a structural plastic (Tepex?) to protect vulnerable areas and brake pipes etc. I sure someone will confirm or update my statement. hope it helps. ð

Fluttering noise after stopping?
Bird walking on a roof ... more like a ticking sound? Could be exhaust tick down as the exhaust/heatshields etc cool it can have a ticking sound for upto 5 mins after switching off, or as already suggested the aircon going into a ventilation mode and moving flaps about to cool the car /purge air after a journey. just some suggestions. ð

Karol Sat nav not able to find its exact location?
TBH on a 2 week old car, I'd be telling the dealer and Skoda UK that I will reject the car if they dont fix it .... absolute nonsense that the owner has to fault find problems on a new car for the authorised dealer network. Ask for the dealer principle and the sales director and give them your proposal ... bet it gets fixed pronto. ðĨĩ

New buyer looking for missing history
TBH, IMO, at 61k'ish and no history, ÂĢ9995 (even if you can get ÂĢ1k'ish or more off) does not seem a steal to me even if you get them to service it etc, WBAC is the low 7k mark, I know you like the spec, but I'm sure there are others out there worth considering. Caveat emptor ðĪ

2013 Adventure near side front door trim
I'd guess your local Skoda dealership, or if your lucky a scrappy if they have an Adventure edition in stock, or maybe one of the Czech web sites that seem to keep everything for Skoda cars (not surprising really given the country of origin.)

Replacing Yeti
If you want a real scare watch the crash test videos of the Dacia Duster pole test (1:31) .... bet that would really hurt compared to some better performing marques ðą

Skoda yeti 4x4 question
Re the bolts, TBH, I'd just order them from your local Skoda dealer ... at least they will be the correct bolts.

Water ingress
Have you done all the easy stuff? ... dust the rubber door seals with talc, then using a gentle hose on the door shutlines for a couple of mins spray with water. Open the door and if the door seals are the problem then where the water ingress is evendent the talc will be missing. Other areas are the windscreen (esp if its been replaced,) scuttle area, wiper spigots etc... could be a long haul I'm afraid.

Basic advice please
Not getting into any arguments of "if" and "when", but not all Yeti pano roofs leak, there is no doubt an issue at VAG they will not admit to, and a lot of peeps moaning about them (not all) have never owned a Yeti with one but keep repeating the doom and gloom. Ours has been fine (2016 L&K) but it is something you should be aware off. Check carefully for signs of a leak if viewing one.

Key not found warning when opening boot
Have you checked the key fob battery ... I used to have a Golf that moaned about the key when the fob battery was low ... easy to check.

Clicking/ticking sound
Alt try a premium fuel, Shell V-Power etc ... if it reduces or goes away I'd agree with b1ackb1rd ... likely to be pre-ignition knock.

Would wheels with winter tyres on taken from a Mk II Octavia be compatible with a Mk III Superb?
TBH, Bridgestone, Goodyear and Nokian (I've used them all) do excellent all-season tyres, slightly softer sidewalls than summer tyres so they work better in cold weather. IMO you would probably be better off selling what you have from the Octy, and putting all season boots (unless you really need full winters) on the Superbs original wheels unless they are diamond cut, in which case get a big, big loan to get them refurb'd every couple of years, esp as diamond cut are eye watering to refurb IME. ðĪŠ

Would wheels with winter tyres on taken from a Mk II Octavia be compatible with a Mk III Superb?
Hi, use this section of the site https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/, a diff or a couple of mm (=/- 10mm) will make very little difference on the rolling circumference and as a knock on little diff to the speedo reading info. Similarly a difference offset (ET) of a couple of mm will make little difference. to the spacing of the tyre in the wheel well. Your existing wheels will have all the info stamped on the wheel, usually around the hub or on the back face somewhere, so you can just type it in to the calculator. The snowflake is indeed indicating winter tyres.
