  1. Mine had housing of pump and thermostats replaced by the dealers. It was little bit leaking for two years, but now is fixed.
  2. More less, majority of sport trimmed cars have sound actuator. BMW m240i has it. Even it has nice and loud sound outside coming from straight six, in the cabin needs a little help. Difficult compromise. Most of us need normal and quiet car for normal commuting, and sporty car from time to time. Yes, I have been driving in RS with loud aftermarket, but I couldn’t bear it every kilometer. Manufacturer has to make peace with every challenge, and this is impossible in this segment with expensive and complicated exhaust.
  3. This is the amplifier for Canton.
  4. It will. Probably it was set to too low value initially. Inflate them properly and note it via SET option for TPMS to start learning their frequency pattern.
  5. What are the benefits? I suppose not only more nice and colorful? Thanks!
  6. The card IS present, and as the main problem seems permanently, so like it or not, it became internal memory.
  7. I believe there is a possibility to update maps via USB. Please investigate. SD cards itself acts as an internal memory for amundsen, and possibility to remove is a nice shortcut, but could be that it is not mandatory at all.
  8. I do not have any ethics issues with cloned larger SD card, as I have paid for mine already, why do you need to buy it twice, or more? Anyway they will soon stop updating, why do you think they are different from other manufacturers. They have stopped 2012 Navs to update many years ago.
  9. Replaced 5y old working OEM Philips with aftermarket OSRAM NB Laser, and it is a lot brighter. You can see clearly the difference between old and new, no description needed which is which.
  10. We had the same issue exactly on rear left door, on our old gray O3. Not the rubber issue, but the drain holes were clogged from dirt falling near windows glass. This car was parked under the tree, so should have been expected. I suppose on annual service different additional things should be checked, including all draining routes, as a preventive measure.
  11. Good luck with it. I hope the warranty will be accepted.
  12. Depends what do you listen. As we owned in parallel 2 x O3 with standard system, O3 RS with Canton and now O4 with standard system, Canton is definitely much better, at least how it costs. O4 standard system on Style with Columbus is better then standard on both O3 we’ve owned. Spotify on O4 really sounds great. Yeah, woofer on Canton for O3 is thin, but it is complementary to the complete sound picture, it makes a difference if you change its volume separately while listening to any sound which has those frequencies. Not all sound material is utilizing it enough. I like what that did with it, especially in this price range of the vehicle. It is not even close to audiophile criteria, simply this is way under that budget range, but it is decent and I enjoy it. Never regret of configuring it.
  13. It died too early, usually performance clutches are so much stronger then OEM, they keep lasting for life, unless you are torturing them on races or street drags. Have you felt it is much stiffer then the OEM, after installation? Mine Sachs really made clutch pedal significantly heavier, but it bites much more then factory one.
  14. Anything about Smartlink license without going to the dealers?
  15. OSRAM Xenarc Laser Nightbraker D3S
  16. @Ecomatt, I know what vehicle is Škoda Octavia Scout, but I have never heard of vRS Scout, as a single car, but two different ones.
  17. How you described it @EwokJEDI, sounds like perfectly normal behavior of ASR+ pressing front brake on the wheel which is slipping due to heavy acceleration. It happens to me all the time on slippery road, or if it is severe uneven, so one of the wheel gets in the air. Now, I have a question for you, what is vRS Scout? Didn't know such car exists.
  18. Well, this gives completely another story to get a license from the dealers. I didn’t configured it initially, as I honestly do not want any cables around. Thank you a lot. Please keep posting, I am watching carefully.
  19. Missed to understand, you need android auto enabled head unit? In other words, should work with a cable without this little gadget, a this one only forwards it wirelessly?
  20. Nice feedback, more-less same as my experience from Sachs Performance. Additionally, when the weather is cold, judder is almost not noticeable, but when it is hot, it is a bit more pronounced. You will feel the difference when you drive another car, how easy the clutch pedal is. Several of my swaps from RS to O4 resulted in drilling a hole where the pedal is on new car, but now I expect it is feather light, so press it gently.
  21. Pad is Jurid. Braking system is TRW. That'w why you have both brand logos on the pads. You can go to OEM, they work and feel great, or go to Ferodo DS2500 for slightly more racing feel, if you need it, but my assumption is they will bite a bit less when cold. I had months invested for aftermarket, and at the end went to the dealers for a replacement. Rear ones are Ferodo (also for TRW system).
  22. Same car, same tires, for same region.
  23. P Zero, I've lost (sold) them as one developed bubble after hitting the pothole, around half of their wear cycle. Lasted two summers. PS4S, put as a replacement on april 2019, love them. Seems to me nice meaty segment above prior tire. So far so good, seems like I'll will wear them before any issue, this is now already third summer for them.
  24. Cannot say, but clearly the market doesn't complain for some time as in early days about that gearbox. It must have been under severe revision. Why they are silent, because then they must accept they have been delivering for years faulty product.
