High mileage... am I mad?
Coolant should be flushed while cambelt is replaced if coolant pump is replaced at the same time. BTW, coolant pump replacement is a good investment on a TDI, since several overheating issues are related to coolant pump failure (pump stuck). Otherwise, nothing to add to posts above.

What bulbs are fitted to the S3 & upgraded bulb recommendations
I finally installed the 6+6 red and whites LEDs. No more Skoda logo on the floor for front doors. Back to simplicity :

columbus music folder display
When playing the current album, press "select" button in the lower part of the screen, then on top of the screen, you get something like : Jukebox > Source > Artist > Album >... Then just press on Source and it will bring you back to the root of your USB stick and display your music sorted by artist. Then you'll access to your music as you'd like to. Not as 'sexy' as displaying all album covers, as you currently have, but much more efficient to find any desired album.

Replacement anti roll bar poly bushes
Bad luck for me... 😐

Auto hold just stopped working
You're right. I don't now how other dealers do, but I've noticed that mine systematically moves the front lights button from "AUTO" to "OFF". That sometimes surprises me when I drive into a tunnel... I regularly forget to check this kind of things, when I take my car back. 🙄

Replacement anti roll bar poly bushes
My front shock absorbers are leaking (DCC system / 94000 km on the clock). I have booked the operation by my local dealer in june. I have a question: Do they need to disassemble the front sway bar to replace the front shock absorbers? If yes, I'm tempted to ask for anti roll bar poly bushes remplacement. TIA for your answers.

Replacement anti roll bar poly bushes
Especially, if one considers that Superb Mk2 already have this issue... It's beyond me too.

I had my rim repaired today. Fortunately the guy had no appointment with any customer and he took it immediately. The "dent" was 8.8mm and the rim deformation on the inner edge even 'pulled' on the outer edge. The guy was not sure to succeed 😟. But he nevertheless managed to bring it back into the tolerances (max default shall not exceed 0.5mm) : It's not 100% perfect, I can still feel a very light vibration, but I can hopefully drive again on french motorways at maximum legal speed and even slightly above. It will then give me some weeks/months to look for a new 'dent free' rim.

Wheel bearing noise like noise, but with a twist
Then, it may be a bearing problem, indeed.

Skoda release first glimpse of Superb mk4
I´m convinced they will be 2 excellent cars. But how much will be the price increase from 3rd to 4th generation for the Superb? 🤔 I bought my TDI190 DSG6 4x4 estate in L&K version in late 2017. The catalog price was ~€51000 (with some options). I´ve down exactly same configuration (except TDI190 DSG6 has become TDI200 DSG7) on the Skoda french website. The catalog price has jumped to €64000! +25% in only 5 years. Covid and Ukrenian war are easy excuse… 🙄 I wish my earnings had grown the same way in the same time.

Sounds like sawtooth wear on rear axle. A wide spread issue on many VAG models. Just try to swap your front/rear wheels. This should disappear within 500km. If still there, then swap front left/right wheels (if non unidirectionnal tyres, of course). This is well explained in workshop manuals, chapter « wheels & tyres » (free download on cardiagn.com). To check this is effectively sawtooth wear, on right side, pass your hand CCW on the tyre and you´ll feel the teeth. On the left side pass your hand CW.

What have you done to your Superb III today?
We had a winscreen replaced (on my wife´s 207 CC at that time) by a french equivalent to AutoGlass (carglass indeed). But unsatisfied with wind screen quality and also poor job care (glue spots on bodywork, seal around the wind screen not ´stuck’ to the bodywork at upper corner). Since that time, when I need to have a windscreen replaced, I go nowhere else but official dealers.

Bosch wipers are the most silent I´ve tested, especially for the rear one on my estate version.

600km of french motorway to come home from holydays today. Impossible to go faster than 125 km/h, otherwise there are too much vibrations and rumbling 😬. I´ve set the ACC just before vibrations start to appear. I don’t want to damage front wheels bearings in addition. 😐 Repair is mandatory, for sure now. Bl**dy moron and pothole! 😬😬

I called 3 companies who only do rim repair. Prices go from €100 (if the rim only needs to be revealed) to €500 (if the rim needs to be revealed and painted) 😱. It’s almost the price of a brand new rim from an official Skoda dealer. I´ll definitely forget the latter repairer. The ‘good’ news are: - Painting is not systematically needed after revaealing. - I should get my rim repaired on next friday if I give it on tuesday (monday is a day off in France). It shouldn’t be too annoying for me. The ´bad’ news is: Approximately 1 out of 300 rims cracks upon revealing operation… I hope mine won’t be the 300th one… 😰

What have you done to your Superb III today?
Hard luck today. My summer wheels only back on for 2 weeks, this afternoon on a very narrow country road, I had to pull over to the right to avoid a moron who was taking the whole road. And a bad combination of circumstances forced me to drive through a pothole at 80km/h. I didn't have time to see it, and had no escape anyway... As a result, the inner edge of my Right Front rim is flattened... At first glance, the depression is less than 5mm. ‘Fortunately’, I have no puncture and no vibration up to 90km/h (could not check above) and the steering doesn’t seem to pull to the right. Really nerved! This guy drove like jerk, but I WILL pay the bill! 🤬 I´ll try to have the rim revealed. 😬

Interesting upgrade, but not for all drivers… I saw a guy locking his kessy equiped Audi Q2 few years ago. He touched the driver handle to lock it and wanted to check with rear handle but reopened his Q2, then relocked the car with driver handle and checked again with rear handle but opened again… I saw the guy getting nerved. He repeated this 5-6 times before letting the thing down, still nerved! 😂 Definitely not for owners suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder…😂
