Alternator or Battery?
Doesn't look great. That wire goes from alternator to starter and battery, might be worth replacing the harness to start with.

Parking brake adjustment
Hello please can someone help me with how to adjust the parking brake, vehicle with arm rest? Thanks.

Alternator or Battery?
I wouldn't rule out starter motor too, they are common. I've seen people put new aftermarket starter on and have the same fault. Switched to 2nd hand genuine one and it was fine.

Alternator or Battery?
Where the black cap is that wire you want to be on

More insulation
I imagine it's under the carpets and trims, better quality stuff than the original which is just like a cheap foam and fabric.

Alternator or Battery?
You want to be reading from the main red cable on the alternator to earth. Your measuring the battery voltage doing it on the body, not the charging voltage.

Corroded rear discs
I did brake discs on a Renault scenic years ago, literally polished all the surfaces, hub and pad housings. Put non coated cheap discs on and they were still on the car when the customer sold it 6 years later.

Major problems
Battery will probably need coding to vehicle and modern vehicles only charge battery when needed, not a constant 13.5 volts or whatever the alternator charges at, so you could be barking up the wrong tree.

Three G11 coolant mixtures, boiling-cooling time comparison.
Blue8793841 replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThere is an old saying, if it's not broken don't fix it. Or else you can find yourself causing problems that weren't there to start with.

Octavia MK2 2011 Estate brake discs
Main causes for warping are the drive flange which the bolts screw Into is not cleaned correctly causing an uneven surface. You really need to clean all corrosion off it. Other cause could be a wheel bearing. I've had wheel bearings cause it even though they don't feel rough or make any noise.

Ongoing P00900 - Fuel Pressure Regulator "A" Control Circuit/Open Intermittent fault
I'd start by checking all fuses are tight just give them a push/wiggle. Check the wiring and pins on the sensors and multiplugs for damage or any corrosion. Looks for any damaged earth wires on the vehicle body.

It doesn't look as there are any pins for a fuse there. Have you had a closer look?

Servicing - VW Group continues to iritate
Happens quite often, when the cars are being prepared for sale the technicians sometimes put it down for a service (even if it's not due) to get some time for bonus scheme. They then reset both the service lights which puts everything out of sync. This doesn't get updated on the main system so you get emails and phone calls to come in for service when it isnt due.

Trevorb33’s Superb Mk2 3.6 v6
That's a beast I've never seen that engine in Skoda before thought it was only in the old Passat r36 or something.

Workshop manual,electric connections and pinout
Just google Skoda Erwin and make an account, only takes a few minutes. Just go through the menus and download all the manuals and data you need. Servicing and brake information, wiring diagrams etc.

MOT Time
Nice, I don't get the anxiety as I just test my own car and it always passes 1st time no advisories 😉

MySkoda App.
Do I need a data plug for this to work on 2020 Octavia 5E? Or do I need to buy infotainment yearly package?

1.4 TSI CZDA fuel rail leak
I'm sure I read a technical bulletin for these, something to do with the bolts incorrectly torqued at the factory if I remember correctly.

Corroded rear discs
It's nothing to do with the quality of the brakes, it's short trips and cars being stood about not doing the miles. Also people don't get their brakes serviced, which they should do every year or 2 in my opinion as a professional.

Corroded rear discs
Car probably been sat on the pitch for weeks or months, not even moved. Once you start to drive it on a daily basis the discs will soon clean up.
