There's no way you can get to 140 without a huge suite of bespoke and expensive mods; full exhaust, intake, cams, ECU, the whole nine yards. A hundred bhp per litre is not as straightforward as others would have you believe. You definitely have an air leak somewhere, probably the brake servo vacuum line.

It's unlikely to make any difference but can't do any harm bleeding the clutch line. It does sound like your clutch is dragging, is the bite point very low?

I don't think they're wired at all, if you look at the empty fuseholder at the top of the last column, it's fully wired with a pair of contacts so a fuse will bridge those contacts, the two you've circled don't have any contacts at all.
