Hello!
The great thing about the dsg is you can use it as a manual when the need arises, I did last night as in auto it wanted to be in 4th but as I was stuck behind a couple of slow cars and a tractor I selected manual 2nd ready for a quick overtake, then back to auto for the rest of the drive

Bosch AeroTwins
After 6 months of use most wiper blades are done for, I change mine at the beginning of summer and winter, in between times I clean the blades it's surprising how much gunge comes of them, I just use a dish cleaner pad an washing up liquid, works for me.

Broken Wing Mirror
Had it happen to me, the person that hit me wanted to give me £40 , glad I didn't accept the bill was nearly £850 that was on a Ford Grand C-Max so much more in mirrors than just glass these days.

Skoda tyre pressure monitor
The ABS based system IMHO is fine, it does what you need, still no excuse not to check your tyre pressures manually, I do most weeks. As to the rRenault system I had nothing but problems with it on my C5 estate also rubbish on Fords .The battery on both systems fail far to easily also you get electrolytic corrosive around the valve seats causing pressure loss.

Updated or not updated
Further investigation suggest it was radio updates though not sure what's changed. I think it update even when you are moving but it won't show you the update info and just goes ahead and updates a it asks you to ok the info, my theory but I may well be wrong.
-
Updated or not updated
Driving along and, update available pops up on the screen, ok for more info or something like that so touch ok and it then says not available whilst driving, so my question is, is this the latest software or not? hardware H22 obviously that won't update. Software 0270, Nav Data base 21.3.

Coasting
It's correct, maybe because I have the newest car on here , built last week of March, I got it on 30April , or maybe they haven't noticed.
-
Coasting
It shows D and if you have car data on the small screen it says coasting.
-
Coasting
No it shows D I never use Eco it uses too much fuel, sport is the mode of choice for B road driving and normal for A-roads
-
Coasting
Now that function i quite like and in sport mode you get it more often if you lift off you do get engine braking , a light throttle give you 2 cylinder mode And the ability to cruise with good fuel efficiency.

Coasting
My point is I don't like it and it is no longer able to be switched off.
