its a ahame the D720 seems to have some issues with its software

From my experience with windows CE...everything will have issues. Its just whether you can live with it!

As for DVD play back in the front...I doubt its gonna be a feature I would use, except when showing off (don't have any kids)!

IGORRR, what software does this unit use for the sat nav?

Operational system - windows xp, prog*a - navitel navigator 3.1 version....

So, looking at Igorrrs and the ebay one on paper, anyone know which is best or are they near enough the same?

Ditto, i tried searching 'Stopol DVM-1320', no luck! Think i'll stick to the ebay one for ease. Just need to find a compatible reverse camera, somwher to mount the camera and a cable route from the rear to the Head Unit if anyone has any ideas :confused::confused::confused:

Any of the units being discussed should fit OK, the Witson one would need a replacement facia as it's a slightly different shape to the Stream MP3 you have in.

If you go to VR-Stu's site (Octavia-vrs.com) and look at his instructions for the MFD2 install it lists the part number for the facia.

The witson one gets my vote too

Although I think the other one does look better all round, its a lot more money and you have to draw the line somewhere.

looking at the parts catalogue the description is the same, I think one has the cutout for the phone holder and the other does not, I cannot determine which is which.

I think the witson is a better deal. I think the Zenec looks great but the witson looks good with Igo8 on.
