 me me me... would love it if something could be done en-mass. ;)

Oh, and ref Saturday "drive out" - could I hitch a passenger ride with someone instead, perhaps leaving my car at the proposed hotel/b&b? When one heads out on a Briskoda drive out in North Wales, and your car comes back looking like below, one tends to get put off from going out on a similar ride... Perhaps I can be turned around though - Horseshoe Pass anyone?

 have you been lending it to my dad

 You could say that - only he didn't do a good job and went over more than once and needed a recovery lorry to right it up again. ;) And funnily enough no amount of T-cut / sledge hammering is gonna get it going again. :D

Yep will be moseying up on Saturday with SWMBO so will be looking for a double room somewhere

Well, as much as I like the look of DS2500 pads, the appeal of seeing them on my lounge coffee table for the last three months is wearing a bit thin...

Better wear them thin once properly fitted on car :D

I know the feeling ;)

Just booked my Place with Bookatrack. I'm on a tight budget so any quick cost effective suggestions for improving my stopping power at the hairpin would be very welcome after reading the comments about Furby brakes.

Depends how cost effective you want...

Cheapest way i would reccomend are uprated pads and some better brake fluid. (speak to C.J about the pads)

For the record i notice that young Mr C.J. is booked on at Anglesey the day BEFORE we all go.

Either he's not speaking to us, or he's booked the wrong day :P :D
