I argued that as a professional driver I wouldn't wreck the car but she said that being a truck driver doesn't count :( oh well maybe next time.

Smiffy, come along to watch/passenger. We will be holding many more days throughout next year anyone of them is a good day to have a go on.

The pressure is on the person behind to overtake, you just have to be aware people might be there...having seen Paul take his off at over 100mph loosing only a bit of plastic, well you';d be hard pushed to wreck it.

I treat them like A roads just without the nervous scanning for plod. Don't do anything you would not do on an A road and no harm will come to you...normal exclusions apply: white cars, red cards, orange cars, taxi's.

I have felt much better driving A road after a track day as I know what the car can do, how it does it and to a certain degree how to feel it doing it.

Although I'd say the overtaking by outbraking caravans into corners is somthing I need to get out of the habit of...
