Certainly ...........I'm sure that you would have a choice :D ..........Octy's and/or Fabias .............you would be more than welcome ........please come along !

If I get chance I may stick some 10 inch wide rims on with michelin slicks, just in case the severe amount of positive camber on the rear wheels that I have doesnt provide cool spectator viewing..

The 15 inch wheels on there with 4inch rims squeal coming out of tescos car park..

What's a splitty?

VW split screen camper with a Porsche Carrera 356 engine in the back.

Anyone know if Bookatrack charge per car or per peron, reason being I would like to have 2 drivers to my car

Per car, and no charge for passengers either. Just helmet hire, if you both haven't got one already.

2 drivers...share the cost and track time.

Stuart, you going to let Wendy drive

;)

Come on guys, bring your better halves and let them have a go! They might enjoy it and then they condone you going off and playing silly buggers on track :D

Or if you get out braked, out acce;erated, out handled by a similar car, het they may even condone you modding your cars :D

So, Mrs Q, you up for it in you hubby's unmodified car?

You guys aren't suggesting that Q's car is anything other than standard are you ? :)

Heaven forbid !!...........................

Now where would I get the money or facilities from?!?! I'm a married man, I'm not allowed my own credit card ;)

Strange as it may seem , there also appears to be a new way off paying for "things"...............it's called .....cash ..............dunno whether it will ever catch on though ! ;)

I will freely admit she beat me go carting, she drove steadily but I had more fun !!

As the others have said there is no charge for another driver - on booking you enter there name and they do state that the second driver shoul de of the same level of ability as the main driver

John

So how many cars/people have we all together now?

Also, being a bit scared of the rain (obviously there is a more than good chance that the track will be wet), should I:

Go and get new tyres before the track day,

Or, leave be with my current Kumhos which are on their last legs and a final (dry) track session will just about finish them off (still being legal for the trek home before booking the car into the local Kwikfit (or similar) on my return :D) . Current tread depth is a bit more than legal minimum at the mo. What do people reckon?

Lee

I personally wouldn't bother with new tyres before a trackday.

Remember that tyres do not ware as fast in the wet, compaired to the dry.

I would finish off what u have and get them changed once you have got home after the trackday. (anybody remember ffelans front tyres after the handelling day :D)

How could I forget :D

I remember them from the last Anglesey day

Lee, don't worry about the rain. Wet tracks are so much better than dry ones :D

I remember them from the last Anglesey day

mullered i think the word was :D

Not sure how this stacks up legally, but a local tyre shop told me that it would be okay over the weekend if I was stopped because I have ordered them to be fitted on the monday.

I suspect thats a pile of doo doo and a dry day might kill the fronts. Which leaves you with a possible issue.

Do you still have your original wheels?

You can run Anglesey on new tyres, just wince in radar each time...my p-zeros stood up to it :D

Bookatrack do a tyre service.

Possibly to find a spare set of wheels/tyres throw them 30 quid for the day...

That said I now have 2 old p-zero assemtricos that have a bit left aswell...just need the heavy bits in the middle to mount them on.

Keeping them as intermediates ;)

The corsa's I have have no tread, thanks Jon ;)
