Tordoff massively better than Neate. Good first 2 races for Plato!

  • I'll always support Plato purely because he winds people up but has the skills to back it up, unlike a certain Chris James who has blocked me on Twitter. I didn't say word to him either With Turkingt

I think Rouse is a great driver but his numbers are flattered by the fact that his second title was inherited due to politics  and his 4th was almost a given since he had the only turbocar in the top

Wanted too much money to stop or not wanting to spend another year developing the car?

Who knows? It's one of the fastest cars already. I bet he's going back to WSR.

Probably

Weird why he's left. He must off already had another drive before he left. He nearly won it last year concidering he missed three races. Plato must be happy as he must be number one driver next year. Did the Subaru have a rule change against it? Something they thought they would dominate?

I'd think that Turk's had enough of Plato - Turk probably wants to be in a team where he is a team member with another driver who is willing to be a team member - his lucky break.

I think it worked both ways, to be fair

They both want to win the title next year. Will they both feel they will have the same support as each other? No team orders etc

Just shows that sheddon and Neal are good team mates as there both goin for the title. And know when to let each other pass . Support each other.

Plato Turks were both drivers for themselves. Which you understand. Plato has been my fave driver since I started watching Btcc in 2010. Probs only had a few years left.

Shedden is obviously the best title prospect at Dynamics these days.  It's quite a while since Matt used to obviously get "favoured son" treatment there I think.  In fact probably since Matt took Flash out at the last corner at Oulton a few years ago. I don't see Neal as a title threat any more.

Yeah for sure. Although this year Neal got taken out with contact with cook it would off been good to see him Torfoff sheddon and Turks in the last race. I did think Turks would win it next year if he was at bmr Subaru. Now not so sure don't think Plato will do it. Andy j hasn't done much rwd. Collord doesn't qualify well. Will probs put my fiver on flash again.

Ash Sutton moves from MG to BMR Subaru to take the Turk's seat.

Just saw the he has joined bmr. Can't wait for the season to start. Hopefully Turks will get a drive as I think he's one off the best drivers on the grid.

That'll be interesting; How will Ash fair in the same team as "Push to Pass Plato"?

are you still confusing JP with Matt Neal? :D

Neither of them can hold a candle to Flash on recent form.

I hope Turks get's a drive, him and Sneddon are the class of the field IMO.

No. I remember Gloss failing to win the indie trophy back in the early days of super touring because of how often he was pushed off by then factory drivers like JP. I also had a hard copy photo of a Laguna that was made entirely from bashed shell and panels from JP's cars.

Wow, what a memory you have. Are you an elephant? That's 20 years back.

No "forgive and forget" in the ONeill household then... ;)

Turks signs for WSR...again!

Its like a true love story lol - Happy to have him back in the BTCC!

How long before Andrew Jordan's teddies fly out of the cot this year, when he gets burned off by his new team's favourite son yet again.

Really... with that long term PIRTEK sponsor deal why didn't he stay as a Honda Privateer?

Glad he's in the Btcc this year. One off the most gifted drivers on the grid imo.  Should be fighting on the championship from the off this year.  Andrew Jordan will be second best to him this year and will know it. Plato will be thinking he's number one at the team bmr now and support ed by the other two. Can't see Turks and Jordan bein good teammates in the first few meetings as both will want to be one over each other. Shaping up to be a great year already!

Collard resigns for bmw.

Is is he a genuine title challenger?

He was last year but with this year's West Surrey line-up, I don't think so.

I think it's just his qualifying that lets him down?  Think I heard that his average qualifying position last year was 16th or 18th.

I would like like to see mat Jackson do well this year.  Seems to do everything well. Just don't know why he's not closer to the title?
