hi ben .... if its gonna be next week any chance of sending it next day delivery ? ( ill cover extra costs ) as i fly out of country next weekend ( for 2nd part of holiday :giggle: ) and wont be home for 2 weeks ( dont trust it left with couriers for 2 weeks )

I've asked for mine to be dispatched w/c 27th Sept as I'm not around next week either. I also don't trust an extended stay with the couriers.

Sent a mail to Shark Sales yesterday morning asking for this and left voicemails today - so far no reply. Hope someone is listening....

I'm very behind on emails guys, and was away for 2 days last week. The manufacturer of the units has promised me they'll be sent out today.. It's gone on longer than I'd have liked and no doubt the feeling is the same for you guys, but the order was a lot larger than expected and the manufacturer has worked flat out to fulfil it for us :)

I can only apologise about not getting back to emails or voicemails but I'm spread very thinly at the moment and have a member of staff on holiday too!

Hi Ben, sorry to be a nag, but I've just checked my credit card statement and the refund hasn't been actioned.

Do you want/need me to phone you or do you have enough info on record to do this?

Could you call the office tomorrow please.

As the order had already been placed we have been trying to find someone to fill your space. Refunds after group buy items have been ordered are a little more difficult than conventional refunds :)

And I'm much more than 8 days behind on emails..

dont think patience is/was an issue just a few have courier worries due to not being here to recieve parcels for a couple of weeks ;)

I spoke to Ben yesterday as I was in the area on business and was going to pop in and collect my STS if it had arrived.

Ben had, yesterday, received a courier tracking number for TNT, from his supplier, and they were on their way to him - he's expecting them today.

I think his supplier was clearly overwhelmed with the amount of units it had to supply and that is why things are running behind - remember Ben wouldn't have ordered these units until the GB finished (judging by the posts on here there was a flurry of orders at the end so numbers weren't firmed up until the last day - I guess it was the same on other forums too) and a supplier wouldn't tool up and put resource in place to manufacture until the order was made.

Also I think in fairness to Ben he's move premises, had a flood and is trying to run his business day to day as well as chase this group buy.

Give him a few more days and I'm sure we'll all be :D

Well you'll all be pleased to know...... the nice TNT man just dropped off the shipment :)

This means we'll start the process of getting them out to people today and so everyone should have their units by the end of the week.

Thanks for your patience on this guys, and I'm looking forward to receiving your maps in!!

Now all I have to do is sort out my misfiring issues first :'(
