No thats much better amanda ,its a heavy crop as it were quite far away ,and had to bring some highlights out in the bird due to the bright light over the sea 👍

Lightroom. It has a feature specifically for purple and green fringing. You can eithe3r use an eyedropper of move sliders about to cover the purple/green range you want rid of. It removes the edge colours you don't want, but leaves the same colour elsewhere in the image (mostly, depending on settings). So you could get rid of green fringing without removing the lovely green sea for instance. Great photo. Was it luck you saw it, or were you waiting for 'your moment'?
