What tyres shall i put on my Fabia VRs SE 2007

Featured Replies

Hi,

Can anyone please advise me on what tyres they recommend me to put on my Skoda Fabia VRs SE 2007 plate.

I have had a advisory about my back tyres, and to be honest i could do with some front tyres too. so im thinking of treating her and getting some new treads - but i dont know a great deal about tyres. :S

I drive about 300miles p/w so i could do with some mid-high range spec, preferably nothing too pricey £££ as I want to get all four done.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks,

Nathan

Try the tyres sectionof the forum, lots of discussion down there. Vredestein Sportrac 3, Falken 452, 912 and Uniroyal Rainsport 2 all getting good reviews at the moment. Some of Neutrons new designs getting the thumbs up too.

Have you been unhappy with the tyre's that were on the car then?

Had 4 Barum Bravuris 2 fitted the other day for £280 from National.

A bit more squishy than the T1R that they've replaced, however they're much less crashy on uneven surfaces and make the car much nicer to drive.

Michelin, Conti, Toyo all have soft sidewall's making them squishy comfort tyre's, Uniroyal & Barum's are made bt Conti so both are squishy.

Hankook excellent all rounder.

Kumho for budget.

Yoko for grip and stiff sidewall's.
