Think kwik fit charge £30 for fitting but obviously just have to keep an eye on them haha

Good luck on the winter roads with these. Not sure you'll find winter tyres with those sizes which given as I already own a full set of Michelin 18" winter tyres I'd have to keep the originals and then buy 4 x 225/35/19 to go with the option wheel.

Love the wheels but not sure i love them £1,500

£0 Optional "Pictoris" 18"

Thanks (and panmat) I known it is a matter of preference but I like these better than the Xtremes.

If anyone is still interested, these alloys became factory fit as of yesterday. They're £650 inc vat for the 4.

I think they look awesome, IF I go for new VRS, I will probably order them, but not without a test drive to see how the ride is!

The ride is fine.

Typical - on the day mine has been confirmed code 20

Glad even though I bought hem as an accessory that's what I paid for them :D

They are available in France as a 510 Euro option.

They were on my original shopping list but got put off by the risk of a rough ride. Roads were I live are really bad. Couldn't put up with that.

Plus I now think that they look too "bling bling" for my liking.

The 18" Anthracite as just fine.

Can't find anything confirming this.  Do you have a link?  Also does the £650 include tyres?

Are you up for renewal soon then Moley? Back on topic and whilst I would love a set of Xtreme alloys the recent price increase is taking a basic diesel vRS hatch up to my company car budget. £650 sounds cheap to me if tyres are included.

I am indeed Falkster, although I'm likely to be going for a Elegance or Volvo D2 for tax reasons and then in the summer get my Lotus Elise as planned. I can save a small fortune by pitching for the Volvo and then enjoy the 111R Elise at the weekends!

£650 will include the tyres and would of thought its a replacement for the 18's and you'll only get the one set, which £650 is reasonable for wheels as an optional extra especially as the xtremes are actually cheaper than the 18"

Do people think we will see a trickle down of this pricing in time for those of us on 18s?

I like the idea of running these tyres out, then using them for "winters" vs. the 19s with extra grippy stuff!

Then wouldnt it cost you £800 for the wheels + tyres as the £650 would be for an optional extra not to have both wheels?

Excellent Moley! I would be really interested in your spec process for the Elegance as it's something I might have to go for bearing in mind the price increases and I have another 25k miles/8-10 months to go. I am looking at a weekend machine but can't decide between car or bike.

The Xtreme's certainly make the rear discs look puny, and the fronts average.

Does anyone have a picture of these on a blue estate?

I like these a lot, but I think I prefer the Gemini with £650 in my pocket.

Edit - just seen the Configurator image above. Think I'll stick with the anthracite Gemini.
