Ah I have a 458 Italia going to take a lot to beat this... R32 skyline rockets past class. Wicked noise and really seem to out brake the GTR's

I couldn't quite tell; was the Aston a GT3 or a GT4 car?

Big GT-R meet at the weekend with over 100 R32, 33, 34 and 35s.

 

So as the RK Tuning race car is now mine as from Monday (I was waiting on the engine and gearbox refresh before sending the balance) it's time to take it along.

Ron at RK gave it the once over and we've removed all the yellow sponsor graphics from the previous owner so it's mostly back to black and red, which is how it was when first made.

 

 

When it was a time attack car it was 4x4 and 1,200kg, but had a bit more power.

Now it's rear drive, 720bhp and around 1,100kg.  To comply with the Thunder Saloons rules.

Due to running slicks traction isn't apparently an issue once the tyres are warmed up.  Lap times are if anything slightly quicker in this set up.

 

Looking forward to playing with it next year.

Big meet up yesterday of a facebook GT-R group.

144 GT-Rs were there, quite a sight.

 

Danny, Ross from JDR and myself took my R32, R34 M-spec and the RK32 race car.

 

Won best R32 in show for the 32.

 

 

 

Best thing of all, your cars are not only show. But much more GO!

With a change of plan I am keeping the race R32 and selling off my three R34s and three R32s. :peek:

 

Now in the for sale section...

It will only go if someone is willing to pay the price for such a special car.

I don't use it for normal driving now, just to and from track days and the odd show, maybe once per year.

The racing R32 is better on track and faster.

Even the Yeti (road legal) will be quicker...

 

It's awesome car, but I just don't need it any more.

It's not going to get much use going forwards.

I see, fair points.

 

Well if somebody doesn't pay your asking price, it may be a blessing in disguise.

 

You could just keep her tucked away undercover and wait for the value of R32's sky rocket as more and more are stripped out and turned into drift cars.

Apparently the Septics are buying Skylines now, even R34s that they can't actually run on highway legally.

Amazed that you're selling the R32. I absolutely love that car.

I'd keep the R32 purely for the noises alone, but no one has come up with the £ yet so unless they do you will be. Nothing to see here these are not the droids we're looking for... move along.

My other two R32 GT-Rs that are looking for new owners.

 

Pretty original V spec II.

 

 

 

 

It's normal GT-R relative that supplied the rare OEM exhaust etc...

 

Not being greedy but can I have them both LOL.

So nearly a month on and well into a car purge...

 

I sold the two R32s above, I also sold a Bayside Blue R34 and the gold M-spec.  It was going well!

 

Which leaves me with my nice and well sorted Red R32 and two blue R34s.

One of which I probably shouldn't have bought last week... but it's a good spec with a HKS 2.8 stroker kit and a forged engine build running a safe 600bhp.

 

The new one...

 

 

 

And put some decent Nismo rims on the one already here as with the Z tune bumper and sills the stock rims look too small and tucked under the car.
