      So anyway, I used the Roomster on Saturday to pick the Wife and two children up from Heathrow. They have not seen the car before...   On the way back to the car park my 5 year old son asks what car

    All done and dusted - order placed. 

     

    Even the system asked me if I was ready (sane) to confirm vehicle specification  :rofl:  :rofl: 

     

    There's bound to be a wrapped up RS or Monte somewhere, surely. We've got a few months at least.

    So is it a Black Edition you have ordered? As I thought they were "one" spec.

    Or another one in Black with lots of options made to look like a Black Edition.

    It's a black with lots of options and he's going to make it look like a black ed from what I gathered

    What engine does this one have?

    Is there much of a waiting time on the Roomsters?

    1.2tsi manual.

    I quite like the combination and it's easier to fiddle about with than the DSG, if...

     

    I expect it'll arrive around Feb and be held for a 15 reg.

    Want OEM cruise and maxi-dot and a few other things like Climatronic.

    It's around £2k more.

    I suppose the climatronic is the sticking point - I had OEM cruise retrofitted, satnav is pretty straight forwards and I know maxidot can be done.
