If you go for the center pipe it's came to be a lot of more sporty sound. But since I have diesel I go for the center exaust.

I don't think that it is sensors on the part of exaust that being replaced with this systems.

I'm sort of understanding how this is working, so I would need to purchase every part to enable me to get the right exhaust ?

Is this a plug n play job, or is additional wiring or coding required?

Many thanks

Steve

Unfortunately, no plug'n'play job, it must be taken into the driver's door a cable, there it is connected in the door control unit J386 (contact switch lock cylinder T20b / 1) I wanted to join him only on the center console, but since the mirror does not work on.

Had some wrap left over from wrapping the grill on my other car (won't speak of it on this forum) initially did the bottom lip but got carried away, mainly did it for looks and chip protection, wondering if the clear vinyl will cover the rest?

Looks good, id probably do away with that small section along the top edge of the bumper under the grille though, looks a bit odd.

Yeah that's what I thought! Just got carried away and didn't have enough to fully cover it. Think I will do it gloss black next time, just used what I had left over

Finally got around to spraying my badges black, chuffed with the looks but not sure it will last.

I also had a cheeky little underseat sub fitted a moth ago, it's not mega bass but it fills the gaps, for now...

Few more things planned now that things have calmed down for me and I have some cash.

I need to spray my grille surround :)

I really like the seats in our Elegance, but one thing does feel like it could use some improvement, the headrests. They're far too back to be able to actually comfortably rest your head on them while driving.

I was wondering if it would be possible to replace them with the adjustable type that's used on the new Passat for example. Am I correct in assuming they might be compatible?

Guys,

Does anybody know the paint code for the rim around the grill of a Skoda vRS? I know it's called black magic pearlescent , but can't find the code.

Spoke to Skoda and they didn't know either.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Great!

Please, would you mind providing more details on Stage2 chip and ice system for intercooler?

TIA,

Photo removed bequest of owner.

Stage 2chip made by vtech and give me aprox 114ps over orginal bench test( 234hp), full unresonated milltek without cat, extra bosch fuelpump and progressive btr, modified nozzels.

Ice system is custom made, 20oz bottle with Dihydrogen Carbonate fits under passanger seat. It can be used by pressing a button or automatic by reading intake temp. Only tried it one time and it gave som reading errors and into limp mode :/

where do you spray the ice system ?

I know a lot of sensors can throw a fit of the temperature drops rapidly , I found this out the hard way with nitrous

For my TDI vRS all it needed was a DTUK tuning box!!  238bhp, tonnes to torques...  A really noticeable difference to the cars performance and ‘fun’ factor.

During the weekend I have sticked some damping material to the boot area under the liner, trying to tame the overall noise when cruising at highway speeds.

About the external tuning box I wondered whether there is any reason why the ECU would adapt to the signal alteration provided by the tuning box, slowly reverting to standard power levels?

Did anybody experience something similar? I've never had a tuning box, so I can't comment, but I'm sure I've read something about this subject on a forum. Just wondering...

No the ECU doesn't learn to adapt to the altered by tuningbox signals as its not programmed to.  Simples
