This was looked into last year on several MY16 cars and it was not available, until someone does an admap / scan of a sportline we will not know for sure if they use the same controllers or just different software.

Is not possible. Its is differend software. I already tryed and compare Golf with this option but nothing is showing in the adaption of codings yet

The last rule is not (always)right. I found out that the S3 i had you have to change in module 44 Byte 3 Bit 0. See attachment Lane assist.png

Lane assist currently not available on superb III 2016YM

I can not find where I made coding mistake

This one works on MY16/MY17 cars:

 

STG 17 > Codierung > Byte 4 > Bit 6 - aktivieren ("Spurhalteassistent/Lane Assist aktivieren")

BEFORE your start coding by new procedures RECODE BACK TO FACTORY codings so that you do not have any trouble codes.

After that go ahead with new coding.

Since that coding was from factory, yes it is safe :).

Revert all the codings that you have done to factory settings, delete fault codes and check if they reappear. If they do, you still have some problem.

Combining few coding instructions when you have previous fault codes will not lead to solution, if you do not know exactly what you are doing.

I am sticking with my advice: you have to get rid of fault codes before any further coding.

Now you are making a big mess even bigger mess.

 

PS: Publishing your VIN number is not a good practise... I suggest you to delete it.

You must be missing something - or - something is wrong. I have used that method on both MY16 and MY17 cars.

He coded something before this and that has lead to this fault code. He has to go back to factory config and then start new coding.

You cannot expect that you will get gold out if you start with garbage... And more he will poke around it and not solve it, harder will be to resolve it.
