Yeah I'm going to set the limit at 30, if we get to that number then I'll ask people who are already on the list to confirm if they are coming or not so it can free up space for anyone else

In fact, I'll ask Kate if they have a 3 phase 16A IEC connector I could use in which case happy to do a few launches down the road, weather and safety permitting of course

okay guys, with a couple of weeks to go until this happens I need to sort out a running order to send to kate. so in the list below fill in what time you would like to run and we will try and accommodate your preferences (figured this would work well for people who are maybe busy at a certain time of the day). if you don't have a preference then please put your name in anyway  please note the times may not stay the same depending on any issues we encounter on each run, this is just to get a rough idea of what order people want to run in

I can't see a time allocated schedule working personally. It was hard enough trying to stick to a list last time. 

 

What's the plan if someone misses their slot? 

 

I also think we should add registration numbers to our info on the list. Would make it easier on the day to find the next car etc

The time slots are there more as a reference so we have a rough idea of when people will be running. I would still encourage people to turn up for 8:30/9am (it's a good excuse to stand around and talk cars) however if you know you won't be able to make it that early then you can put yourself in for the later slots and we won't be waiting around for you

If someone misses their slot then we will move onto the next available person and then circle round back to them whenever they arrive. The list isn't set in stone and will no doubt change a bit on the day but JKM need an up to date order and the original list is a few months old now and I expect a few people will have dropped out/ become busy in that time

If you wish to put your reg on the list then feel free however I know some people don't want that kind of info on a public forum so I won't make it mandatory, most of us know each other so shouldn't be too hard to find people

Excellent stuff, I remember last year I had some errors throw up on the dash after my turn you could also maybe clear my airbag light too
