So today I went along to the VWG magazine rolling road day at awesome gti.

I ran the car on the rollers and it made...

244bhp, 279ftlbs at 142mph and outside temp 26°c

I'm really happy with the results as I didn't know what bhp it was running.

I've also ordered the vwr fmic today with the offers they had running. Can't wait for stage 2 now

Good results mate on such a hot day, what's mods do you have at the moment then? And what you doing with the old turbo muffler delete you have :)

Nice result.

I'd be pi55ed if mine was strapped down by the wheels though

Is that because of the rear diffuser blocking access to the towing eye?

Could they not have hooked up to a rear suspension or axle component instead?

That's how they did all the cars and they had a protector on them as well.

I'm one step closer to getting the brakes on, the spacers have been machined down to 16mm to clear the calipers now just to order the hoses for the conversion on Monday. Also the vwr fmic should be here next week too

Today the hoses turned up for the calipers. Hopefully weather depended I'm going to fit the car cooler which I'm not looking forward too and then the brakes. Hope the spacers are ok

I managed to get the intercooler fitted and also the brakes... it broke me

I can't believe how heavy the intercooler was but they was minimum cutting but the r600 was very hard to get back in. An email has been sent to vwr.

Also the brakes have been done not tried them yet but it very close the the wheel and caliper.

Just picked up the car back up from body shop from having the splitter repaired and had the bottom half done black to match the side skirts and rear diffuser
