Its the principal of it.....he's going for....& you can't go for too high a figure either, its not like the police have gone around & crashed his house with the press in a helicopter overhead doing a live TV breaking news feed....a'la CR.....all the basis of Musks false statements.....

The legal fees will be quite high...& Musk won't "skimp" on lawyers.....so hopefully when he (Musk) loses the case his legal fees will be way higher thane the damages...& then there's the little matter of it being repeated in two other countries..& he'll have to send a lawyer or in certain cases he himself will have to stand before the judge to answer his statements he made etc...which will waste his time as hes' already stressed & working long days as Tesla is having delivery problems now....

I dunno,

Elon has pretty much trashed his reputation as far as its going to go with this.

Even if he spends a million on lawyers he'll probably get Tesla to pay for it. He'll already have lawyers on standby in most countries.

I suspect there will be an out of court settlement for an "undisclosed sum".

It's only money. For now he's off the hook.

Model 3 price cuts will get more headlines anyway

Musk is a fraud and after all that fake aura around him will have been dissipated all his minions will see in disbelief how their "genius" is nothing more than a hollow cardboard cover.

The 'pedo guy' defamation trial is to begin in a Los Angeles court with Elon Musk due to take the stand.

Ooh that'll be interesting.

I bet Musk has spent a pretty penny digging up dirt on the diver.

Yup. As to whether any of it sticks  or is deemed relevant is a different matter.

I reeeeally hope he (musk) accidently throws himself under a bus in the court and gets annihilated, humilitated and chucked out of tesla etc..

oh well..USA court backed up Musk.....surprise surprise....

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-50695593

used the technical terms of "JDart, lawyer Alex Spiro explained, meant: a Joke that was badly received, therefore Deleted, with an Apology and then Responsive Tweets to move on from the matter. JDart. "

that's a new one...

& considering Musk repeated his answer several times & considering the number of followers & the fact he is in such a position in the world..he should set an example...

& the court should have set an example by making an example of him......

oh well...USA money talks...

Day by day the world becomes more like a Hollywood Disaster Movie.

There is a World Pandemic.

Global Warming.

Oil & Gas & Energy Prices reaching their highest prices.

On the verge on WWIII with a powerful world leader able to invade a country and commit war crimes and atrocity as he likes while other World Leaders can do nothing to stop it.

Then the worlds supposedly richest person is the owner of the biggest EV car manufacturer in the world, funds travel into space and gets to buy up a global communications platform.

& he looks & acts like a crazy person or one on mind & appearance altering drugs.

In 30 years times if there is anyone left they might look back to April 2022 and this vid and think WTF were we doing letting this happen with rich people

answerable to no governments deciding the worlds future.

All Science Fiction obviously.

I'm sure the Minister for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport will be busy ensuring safeguards for British Twitter users.

Just as soon as she's figured out the differences between streaming, downstreaming, downloading and tennis pitches.

Please.

She is Dyslexic & only now tells us.   (Must be difficult if you mix up your address and forget where you actually live. http://bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-23434474

So like Diana Abbot MP there is a valid and medical reason for talking nonsense.

Dare i post Janey Godley's latest vid of Nadine Dorries.  Maybe best just google it on Youtube / TikTok/ Twitter.

PS

@Lee

Just watched one from 2018.

Best of the lot IMO.

Janey Godley V Nadine Dorries on Brexit.

The far left hates Musk with a passion and he's really kicked the hornets nest with his Twitter offer.

Maybe someone should tell Mail Online that the left have discredited Project Veritas and is not a credible source of information?
