What have you done to your Superb III today?

...well last Friday actually - 4 new Michelin pilot sport 4S. On 19” wheels, a rather painful £714 from blackcircles. Khumos only did 11,000 miles so I’m hoping these do better.

Oooh. I’m toying with fitting some PS4S’ next but I’m still debating whether or not the outright Summer performance would justify ditching the versatility of all-season tyres.

How are you finding them so far? Do they make the 280 feel ‘sharper’ ?

Chucked a bucket of water over it. Three hours later this is the result.         Happy with that

My normal driving route is 85 miles of scottish country A roads with lots of bends and no traffic (hence the 11,000 miles) but I had the tyres fitted and then went straight off on a long drive down to Englandshire for christmas -  425 miles of motorway driving each way. So I haven’t really got a feel for them yet. Except that perhaps they are slightly noisier than the Khumos. The latter are good tyres grip-wise but don’t seem to last very long. So jury still out on the Michelins.

Fitted a steering wheel insert

Swapped the back emblem for the Monte Carlo one

Nice, is it possible to show your front and rear badges from a bit further away so i can see entire front and back end?

Went for the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3s. Originally wanted Pilot Sport 4s, but there weren't any available. Too early to tell how they will be, but they can't be worse than the P7s they have replaced!

That's what I had on my Brera. Good tyre. I'll be curious to hear how they roll on your Suberb.

Today I tested out the load space in the combi. To say that it devoured the tree I cut down would be an understatement! I'm wondering why I chopped it into smaller pieces :D

Had my 280Tsi Sportline lowered on Eibach Springs in anticipation of my new wheels and tyres arriving tomorrow B).

Ordered a new one to replace my 2014 model... :)

I would love to, despite the hate that may come my way, but being so useless with computers may prevent me from doing so, as I have no idea how to post pics.......it doesn't help that every forum seems to have you do it a different way!!

Oh, and I've lost or gained a day, it's Friday they're coming not tomorrow.....forgot it was only Wednesday :crying:.

Bought 2 new front disks (Pagid) and pads (Brembo). Existing disks are ok but a bit corroded. Parts €100, fitting will be €80. That's cheaper than one disk for my previous BMW.

2 new front tyres for the wife's Superb. Went for Sava Intends as they are one of the quietest tyres you can get. Huge difference after the worn P7's.

Don't you like your wife? ;)

Owned mine for a year now, had it's first service. Thought I'd check the dash cam just in case..... One clip was a mechanic sitting there saying it was a really nice car

*warm happy feeling* ☺️

Did this the other day.
