Hi I have tried many different cables and have connectivity issues with Android Auto although Apple Carplay is working good.

Could anyone tell me if there is any FW updates for my unit please?

Now I have problem with installing the firmware. It starts, but after starting again there is error message which says, Error: cannot access file, Faultcode 15, Cannot find the correct medium.
Files are on USB stick which is FAT32 format.

Any advices?

Does it has to be on official Skoda SD card or can I use any I do have?

Hi  guys

I have a problem with my infotainment as it has run into some kind of boot loop. It's happened without any reason. Just after normal ignition on and connect Android Auto device with USB cable.

There was stock firmware no updates before etc. So obviously i don't have any firmware backup to restore. Maybe flashing the device with fresh firmware could help to repair it but i don't have any. I cannot also provide you what was installed before.

You are welcome with any advice how to proceed with this issue.

Thank you,

Hi all,

I have  P0480T on my MIB2 at the moment.  I updated via this very helpful thread some months back. Below is my old 475T image to aid ident.  Is this still the latest (P0480T I Mean)?

Am I correct that, even though it has WiFi and AA that Wireless AA will "never be a thing" via any FW Upgrade?

Thanks in advance

Paul

@sykora & @smipx I shall send you firmware in a few moments.

@varooomThank you for your support

Do you think that those firmware you have sent will be possible to install in emergency mode ?

My device currently does not boot at all as you may have seen on video.

Not sure what you have done yet, but in theory it has a recovery process.  It happens when the SD Card is corrupted, it ends in red emergency screen.

Till now I've just manage to connect to the device with terminal. I haven't done anything more yet as shown on video i pasted. The device is now in kind of boot loop. Keeps restarts. It crashed suddenly during normal usage. Just ignition on and connect Android Auto phone with USB cable. And it crashed

Error log on the terminal shows:

Unable to open dsp image file: /net/imx6/tsd/dsp/tsd.mibstd2.system.main.j5.dsp.bs

Full procedure of emergency recovery is described on this video. Do you think it will work with files you have sent to me ?

One again thanks for help

Sory for post one after another but i cannot edit posts.

The same procedure described in English
