Can someone tell me exactly how to update the firmware? Is there a documented process anywhere? What I'm after is someone who has done one before. I have got a 16GB SD card that I've formatted to FAT32 and I know I need to move the update files on to that but what I don't know is if I have to unzip the file or not? I'm going from P0245 to P0253 I'd also like to read the release notes for P0253 so I can find out what was fixed vs P0245.

Hello, I did it, I saw videos, I read in forums and I did it by myself. Car stopped, insert the sd card, press menu, look for the sd and update. 10 minutes maximum.

Most important: Push the Menu Button for like 10 seconds and extract the content of the zip in the root of the sd card.

• Can somebody let me know if there is a possibility to have firmware available with this hardware ? I meant to read that the newest version is 254 for this hardware, is this correct ? Where is this available ? 
• Also is it possible to activate Android Auto (and/or MirrorLink) by myself ? I have a working HEX-V2 CAN bus and did a little tweaks but don't know if it's possible to activate.
