Unfortunately I am experiencing poor DAB+ received. The device has been replaced and worked well, I tried some updates but the system say is too old for update.

I was struggling to get my system to work with my new phone as it kept looking for the old one so I did a factory reset but now I can hardly get any DAB stations, do I need to update it?

I have a problem with Skoda Connect. It works (both form MySkoda application and browser) , but... every time I start the engine, it delivers me a dialog box with confirmation of the main user. It is very annoying and I cannot get rid of it. 

I tried 3 times to reset MIB  to factory setting , erase everything, etc. but no success until now. 

Anyone have a solution to this problem? if there is a quick fix, without upgrade the software?

Looking for an update for the following system (what's currently the most up-to-date version number?):

I'm currently unable to connect to any online service on my car, selecting either the "Skoda Connect" or "Online Update" end up getting stuck at the "Online configuration wizard - checking online services, this may take few minutes...". I contacted Skoda and their proposal was to remove the infotainment related fuses for 15mins (plus resetting the infotainment itself by pressing the power-button for 15 seconds). This however this did not solve the problem for me, and this more or less lead to this forum looking for an update to the system if that could fix the issue. Anyone else experienced similar problems, or is there a thread on the forum regarding this I'm unaware of?

I picked up a 2017 Octy vRS a few days ago (to replace my poor old 2006 vRS that was written off when someone pulled out on me 😪).

So far loving it, and starting to not be so upset about losing my old vRS.

However today I had a 'component protection active' notice. It went away after switching ignition on and off a couple of times. Is this something that is a firmware issue?

Hello, please help me with the files needed for firmware update and any other software that is available for my infotainment system on Skoda Octavia 3 Combi. In the gloves compartment i have 2 SD slots. Slot no.1 holds OEM Skoda SD navigation ( i updated this already).
