360 Miles done nearly a full tank :),
Shown up a couple of little things
1: how I wasn’t happy with the forge bov, maybe abit old for that now 😂, so standard pipes back on
2: My inner driveshaft gaitor appears to have a small hole causing grease to be thrown about, lucky I had a spare so swapped that today,
Other then that all seems well

Picked up some back seats so full interior in now,

Noticed my forge heat tape around clutch feed was struggling with the heat, and already started to discolour after only 500 miles. So upgraded to some gold heat sleeving from funk motorsport to hopefully keep the heat in check

Most competition cars I've seen IRL use a white woven heat shield, which does discolour, but not enough to bother the drivers.

I didn’t want to risk it being a plastic pipe with brake fluid in it , better safe then sorry :)

Ah, I was thinking mostly of exhaust manifolds, primary downpipes and turbos.

Finally got my last two warning lights out today, due to a crash detected fault in steering column control unit I originally had a red power steering light and power steering wasn’t working. I managed to get steering working by resetting the control unit to factory settings although still had yellow steering light and traction control light on due to basic settings not being carried out. No matter what I tried I couldn’t get basic settings to adapt.
Booked in with a local independent with access to Odis which is a vw guided way of diagnosing faults and straight access to the factory. Luckily this sorted the light out and managed to reset the steering, and all sorted in less than an hour .

I liked the forge gear but got tired of it pretty quick so going back to looking oem under the bonnet :)

Still got some mods planned sports cat/panel filter/turbo elbow and will eventually go stage 2 map and anything north of 150bhp will be very happy with, not for a while yet though, they see around 155-165 normally stage 2

155bhp in a Citigo is honestly the most terrifying thing I've heard but I love it. :D

Picked up some new wheels the other day, got a plan for Saturday to paint rear drums black and going to ceramic coat the alloys and got a little mod to lower the rear a small 7-8mm with some different rear spring mounts, should sit abit more level front back then

Might I suggest Finnegan's Smoothrite; all the toughness, heat resistance and anti-corrosives of Hammerite, but in a smooth finish.
