Hey, @JR RS thank you. But i have a very old Version MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P1560P firmware - MIB-Helper.com  and want to Update to MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P32400P firmware - MIB-Helper.com . But the Problem is i have upgrade Step by Step and not from the oldest to the newest because the SW Train is not supportet. And i can not find any Download link for the Versions between. right ? That was my Question.. hopefully @varooom or @Lennart can help me ?

Also I'm a bit scared about the FEC/SWAP issues on GPS side, not sure if it is needed for Amundsen too. I still have to fight with my local dealer for us to do it (my car is still in warranty).

I'm Alfred from the Netherlands and driving my Superb iV Combi 2020 with an Columbus MIB3 with much pleasure.

 

I have exact the same situation as Lenard and want tot update from 0156 to 0324. The only software I can find is the 0308 and 0324 version from MIB-Helper.com.

But I still need the 0238, 0268, 0278 and 0306 version software.

Does anybody know where to get these versions?

Do you have the code to activate the navigation also? From the dealersheet? Otherwise navigation will not start anymore. The update from 0156 -> 0278 was the hard part… after that a walk in the park 😉

I'm contemplating the possibility to "DIY" the update from 0270 to 0324 on my Kamiq. Would you know whether I'm likely to have issues ?

According to the TPI for my car 2063258/16 I can go from 0270 to 0324 by going through 0308 first. So no need to go through the other version first.
 

Quoting from the TPI (in German):

 

• Bei verbauter SW314/320 ist eine Aktualisierung auf die SW324 durchzuführen.
• Bei verbauter SW 270/276/278/302/304/306 muss zuerst eine Aktualisierung auf die SW308 und dann auf die
SW324 erfolgen.

Which translated gives :

- If SW314/320 is installed, an update to SW324 must be carried out.
- If SW 270/276/278/302/304/306 is installed, first update to SW308 and then to SW324.

Did you do the update? Did you run into any issues or was it straight forward? 

On mib helper it says under the firmaware Did you have to do that as well or is it not needed?

Hi, from Spain, my Superb IV is Hw12 Sw 278, any problem to update 302, 306, etc. newest versión vía USB  ? Or It is necesary reactivate navigation because I haven't Vcds.  Thanks.

Last friday I was at the Skoda Dealer and they told me there is a Recall (Dutch terugroepactie) comming up for Columbus MIB3 systems to upgrade from 0156 to 0324.

So I think a little more patience and you will get a recall from the Skoda factory.

Mine is planned for 22 March.

I don't believe, here in Spain octavias are waiting for airbag replacement campaigne since past july and no news.

In a first moment my Superb has 156, after four dealer guaranty visits with infotainment system blocked they update to 278 but no more is possible, they said.

It appear one or two years delay here in Spain.

I updated from 0278 to 0324 (not directly of course) without any issues.

Yes, it was needed.

So we need VCDS, OBD11 or similar to fix B201A after update.

Unless you don't care the error is there - it does not really affect anything 😉

I just sent the dealer an email, will see if they can update and how much it would be. Also got the obd11 dongle so could try it myself but only one car in the family atm so a bit risky if i mess it up  

Of course he can but often don't want.

It takes two or three hours.

Last is 2060553/9 here in Spain, as dealer said to me when they update from 156 to 278. This was under guarantee.

Read problems related in it and ask for solution to dealer.

When / how does the error shows up ? Is it an ODB thing only or does it show up on screen ?

It only shows up in the control module when you scan for faults. Nothing you will see on the screen.
