yea this is looking good, as soon as they get back next monday i will be on the phone, i might be able to persuade them to release them early

I was down at Jabbasport today and Brian started up Luke's Fabia to demonstrate the engine's reduced movement with the uprated mount. Lets just say I was impressed enough to add my name to the list :p

Movement is now minimal when under load (albeit out of gear) so when giving it some beans on the road it should really do the trick.

iam down at jabba having a new clutch fitted on the 14th sept hopefully these will be in stock etc carnt wait for the 14th Itll be like having a new car again:)

I have an annoying rattle on my vrs, to me it feels/sounds like track rod ends.

Dealer has had car for a whole day and checked everything in suspension/steering and say nothing wrong! :confused:

After pm-ing other briskoda members I've been made aware of a possible gearbox mount problem and wondered if it migh be this mount

Its worse at slower speeds with bumps/broken tarmac and off camber.

I realise I could open a whole new thread with this but if anyone thinks its this dog bone mount then I might get one,

I had an annoying rattle i found it to be my seat belt holder(the part where your buckle goes in to the seat), it heppened when no one else was in the car, rough roads and at stationary traffic but it came and went away etc etc. I just bent the arm by a couple of mm to keep it away from the center console. Try looking at that something so simple Buged the living **** of out me. Just an idea.

Otherwise id still recomemend a new dogbone mount the Octy dogbone bush replacement is well worth it, hence why i have my name down.

Thanks for the advice but my rattle is definitely outside the cabin and down at the front somewhere ( think its more passenger side than anything ).

I really need to get it booked back in at dealers and get mountings checked.

If it is this mount it would be worth getting the jabba upgrade as its been with the car since 1200 miles from new! :eek:

Nice looking piece of kit but at the moment if it aint broke I wont be fixing it.

I have only done a couple of mods to the car so far and think this may be quite a bit further down my to do list, unless its bust of course, then I'll get me name down
