***NEW, Fabia vRS Dog bone mount***

Featured Replies

Thanks to the good people at Viba Technics we have now had a dog bone mount made up for the Fabia, Polo and Ibiza platform cars, Its a direct fit to the car, so no fiddley bushes to change, just 4 bolts

I have been running the prototype one on my car for the last couple of months, and i must say, the differance is un believable,

Gearshifts are so much cleaner, and traction when leaving the line is alot better. :D

They will be released in mid September so will be avalible to buy from us from then,

Prices are being discussed and i will post them up on here asap.

Heres some pics of the OEM mount

when i last spoke to them they were saying around the

What does this kind of thing do please, excuse my ignorance :o

It mounts on the back of the engine and to the chassis. It's stabiliser mounting really to absorb some of the twist in the engine when engaging drive.

Just asking as my car will be in bits for a fair bit by the looks of it, seems like the best time to investigate/change bits

One slight side effect of such mods is slightly more vibration in the cabin and a bit more 'road feel' through the floor.

How is yours in that department Luke?

Its not too bad really, you can feel the differance, and when i first put it in, it was quite harsh but after a week or 2 it seemed to settle down, and it feels fine (bearing in mind i have a solid flywheel and that gives off more vibrations)

Would you be kind enough to let me know as soon as you have one available to send to me, as my box needs to come off anyway, and my dogbone mount is a bit tired. I'll take one dependant on price.

And if I like it as much as the ARB, I might even write a glowing review for your site again hahaha. :D

Will see whether I'll 'need' one too ;)

Is it Rubber or Poly bush in them Luke?

You already I know I want one Luke. ;) I'm the one who's been hassling your company for the past couple of months since you first told me about it in person. :D

LMAO doh :o, curse my fast typing

Put me down for one. If its as good as the octy dogmount bush thing it should be worth the dosh. Maybe when the price is sorted a special one off group buy price/deal??

Would be extremely interested in this. Group buy sounds ideal...*gives luke a blank stare*
