When you say Headlights do you mean Mainbeam or Dipped Beam? When it is dark(ish) my lights come on, usually with a message "Turn Your Lights On" referring to the light switch.

Many men carry their wallet in the back pocket, then blame the seat! The seat squab nose is another nasty area as it reduces bloodflow to your legs and feet and may even affect the return flow to heart and brain. My car is next to a hazel and squirrels sometimes hide single nuts in the scuttle under the wipers these roll around , for a short time. A pencil by its very length needs a lot of room to roll back and forth, what do you have in the glove box?

I have driven automatics before as part of my work, I have the dry DSG Monte Carlo 1.5 and I am smugly pleased with it. Smooth and almost as quick as a manual box.

I remember "ploughing " the M4 at night and my passengers telling me "blue lights" these were the first high intensity lights and even dipped they appeared to dazzle, I just averted my gaze a litte and that was all it needed. Technology is wonderful but as has already been said humans can often be better, especially when they are well informed as to what Matrix capabilities are and what its shortcomings are so they can make allowances. My favourite mod was in the Citroens and on my Yeti, the cornering lights!
