ECU Re-map on 1.3L Felicia
1300cc Felicia has 48Kw and 50Kw editions which means 64PS and 67PS if Felicia 1300cc had 77bHp (78 PS) then he could beat on the road the 1400cc of his era (Seat Ibiza, VW Polo etc) but...unfortunately this could be only a dream.

ECU Re-map on 1.3L Felicia
Except the ECU programme i have a gauze BMC filter, NGK spark plugs and a custom exhaust (manifold, resonator, muffler) plus metallic catalytic converter. I done al these at 2003,the cost that era would be different than today because the prices have changed and it's easiest to buy spare parts.

Now in the traffic i have the 1st (low) scale, till now no overheating problems, the whole system works perfect.

Skoda felicia overheating problem
D.FYLAKTOS replied to Mohamedelbana's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanBelow was mine before i changed the thermostat sensor with an ''expensive" one after the installation the needle goes to 91 'C and that is the highest point in traffic.

Felicia MPI 1.3 Throttle body reset
In Felicia i think is called Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) and the cleaning needs special attention, DO NOT use carburettor or brake cleaner or WD-40 spray etc. There is a spray exactly for this task, is called Air Flow Sensor Cleaner.

Felicia voltage gauge
D.FYLAKTOS replied to Another_Felicia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanWater temperature (analog), Temperature Inside-Outside the car (digital) I bought the 2 analog gauges having in mind that i will put a small Led screen or a smartphone in the console but latter i found that i can not do it due to the lack of OBD-2 port. Then i had to make some ''adjustments" to fill the gap. The first switch giver power to an extra light (when i need it) and the second gives power to the console (especially at night is useful)

D.FYLAKTOS replied to Another_Felicia's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanMy ''dream" was an small LCD screen on the console but unfortunately i have an old OBD port and not an OBD2 so nothing can happen. Nevertheless the infos even from those small gauges are very useful to me.

Skoda felicia overheating problem
D.FYLAKTOS replied to Mohamedelbana's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanI will refresh your memory, in previous post you said that you will not answer to innuendo and blah-blah but here you are like a f*** creating one for me without a reason! Learn the basics, this is @Mohamedelbna thread and don't ruin it with flame posts. I have my car for 20 years driving it 5-6 days per week and has more value than you. Keep your attitude when you car is broke or when the Life "turns the card" for you. After that annoying interference let's turn back to the thread, so @Mohamedelbna any good news from your car?

Bosch radiator fan for Felicia - help wanted
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThis is my previous radiator fan, Bosch 0130 109 237 made in Brasil By mistake was working mainly in 2nd speed (strong) and with the a/c on was in 1nd speed (low) rarely. Last about 4 years only, the 2nd speed was ''burned" and the car overheated, thankfully his relay was intact but since no one took the responsibility to ''rebuild' it i had to buy a new one Bosch but made in Germany this time.

Skoda felicia overheating problem
D.FYLAKTOS replied to Mohamedelbana's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanThat is for sure,on the Highway (National Road called here) you have no problems but when the traffic starts the temperature rises very fast. Moving at high speed can deceive you that there is no problem,i have face it in the past twice, the second was when i was in a mountain route when everything was looking fine (the problem existed but i couldn't see it because the indication on the gauge was below 90 'C due to cold weather) but when i reached the city and the traffic began the problem occurred and panicked me.

Bosch radiator fan for Felicia - help wanted
D.FYLAKTOS replied to D.FYLAKTOS's topic in Skoda Favorit, Skoda Felicia, Skoda Fun and Skoda FormanCaracterísticas Marca del producto Bosch Modelo del producto VW A3 Número de parte 0 130 107 262 https://padaruleshops.mercadoshops.com.mx/MLM-611194327-motoventilador-golf-jetta-18-l-vw-a2-a3-bosch-_JM I wonder what is different for this model and the dealers sell it in a different price "Not for cold climates" ? 6U0959455C: Radiator fan for vehicle use in warm climates has 4 White colour blades only 6U0959453B: Radiator fan for vehicles with air condition has 6 Black colour blades but in the description says that is ''for Cold climates" but what happens when you live in a country with Hot climate and you need the a/c ?

Bosch radiator fan for Felicia - help wanted
Dear folks i want your help for clarification upon Bosch radiator fan for my Felicia. The factory gives as original code the 6U0 959 453 B but while searching the market i have found that Bosch produces such fans 250/150W 280mm but with 2 codes. 0130 107 262: Not for cold climates 0130 109 237: for cold climates (a little bit higher price) The weird is that the local Skoda dealers and the spare part stores sell the 0130109237 model although here in Greece we have high temperatures. Here is the 0130109237 ''edition" made in Brasil with sticker The made in Germany has no sticker and the code is engraved in the back. Does anyone knows what is the specific difference? (it's not something obvious like a thermostat 'C for example) Since they have 2 scales is there a specific difference winch is crucial in performance?
