  2. Me, i have a Goodridge made kit and i am very happy with it. Especially on mountain route after some time (when your brakes are hot) you will feel the difference compared with the stock hoses. Plus you have an extra protection from the steel blendage.
  3. You should avoid VIKA,it's a very cheap made products brand. Did you done a check via your OBD port recently? Your throttle is clean? Did you remove the panel?
  4. Patrol Line car alarm some models have a switch key too. https://www.jzaballero.org/images/HPS 759.jpg
  5. If i had the same problem first thing i would remove the alarm fuse and his plug for a minute and after i put them as as they was i would turn the ignition key to ON. I would consider this as an ''alarm reset" but if the problem was occur again then i would ask for an electricians advise because something could go wrong with the alarm's wiring,a short circuit, moisture, pins with dirt etc . A friend of mine had a similar problem: no matter if he was on the traffic light or on the road when his elbow was pushing a little bit the door panel the central lock was activated as he was pushing the driver's safety pin down. He didn't do anything to fix it but now he knows the cause so if this incident happens he knows the reason and does not get in panic.
  6. Buying from ebay or e-store used ECU's it's a mega-risk, usually have some problems that's why many times are cheap. The best way is to go to a programmer,he knows where to buy and he has some ''guarantee" from the suppliers that if something goes wrong he will replace it with no cost from you. The programmer later can do his ''magic" and the Felicia will cooperate with the new ECU with no problem with the immobiliser.
  7. I have faced a similar problem recentry the pins weren't in such a bad situations as yours but i use a WD-40 Contact Cleaner and a tooth brush to completely clean them. Can happen to any sensor, thus we must take of them.
  8. This happens to other models with lot of HP but due to the tax policy of some countries the brands claim a little bit lower so there is no problem with the tax scale. On dynamometer it's not unusual a difference of 4% between the same car models (stock, same year). Many times on ''Dyno days' same models (stock) have a difference in HP between them and the owners tease each other. In Greece the Felicia (stock) on Dynojet 248-E shown: 65,8 Hp/5500 Rpm and 10,25 Kgm/3950 Rpm
  9. 1300cc Felicia has 48Kw and 50Kw editions which means 64PS and 67PS if Felicia 1300cc had 77bHp (78 PS) then he could beat on the road the 1400cc of his era (Seat Ibiza, VW Polo etc) but...unfortunately this could be only a dream.
  10. Except the ECU programme i have a gauze BMC filter, NGK spark plugs and a custom exhaust (manifold, resonator, muffler) plus metallic catalytic converter. I done al these at 2003,the cost that era would be different than today because the prices have changed and it's easiest to buy spare parts.
  11. Dynomet 75,6 Hp at 5513 Rpm 10,5 Kgm at 4186 Rpm One correction, reaches the 6100 Rpm and not 6150 as i wrote.
  12. WD-40 as contact cleaner...??? https://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/threads/wd-40-as-contact-cleaner.36407/ Contact Cleaners, Protectors & Enhancers for Electronics http://www.pitt.edu/~szekeres/cleaner.htm _______________________________________________
  13. Powerchips.gr which i thing came from Powerchips.co.uk i have done it 15 years ego,no problem at all and i think worth it of course with other modifications as filter-exhaust. My Felicia reaches 6150 rpm.
  14. On 1.3 they DON'T work, i have tested this with 2 devices. The OBD11 works, i have bought it and test it but unfortunately has not those fancy gauges on the led screen-smartphone that the OBD II guys have.
  15. This is the made in Germany model, same code. As you can see this too has the plug on when i bought it and again the seller told me: ''is from the company that has the distribution, they put it on". Now in the traffic i have the 1st (low) scale, till now no overheating problems, the whole system works perfect.
  16. Below was mine before i changed the thermostat sensor with an ''expensive" one after the installation the needle goes to 91 'C and that is the highest point in traffic.
  17. In Felicia i think is called Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF) and the cleaning needs special attention, DO NOT use carburettor or brake cleaner or WD-40 spray etc. There is a spray exactly for this task, is called Air Flow Sensor Cleaner.
  18. I had to change the Solenoid of the Starter,i searched paying attention for codes similar to the original Magneton and i have found the HC-Cargo 136270 which fitted perfectly. As i see now the car starts one click faster then previous. Here is the old one:
  19. Water temperature (analog), Temperature Inside-Outside the car (digital) I bought the 2 analog gauges having in mind that i will put a small Led screen or a smartphone in the console but latter i found that i can not do it due to the lack of OBD-2 port. Then i had to make some ''adjustments" to fill the gap. The first switch giver power to an extra light (when i need it) and the second gives power to the console (especially at night is useful)
  20. Search for videos with the title: "How To Bleed Air From Your Cooling System" https://www.google.com/search?q=How+To+Bleed+Air+From+Your+Cooling+System&newwindow=1&client=firefox-b-d&source=lnms&tbm=vid&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiiz8LG7b3sAhXC2-AKHaoZDKcQ_AUoAXoECAsQAw&biw=1920&bih=930
  21. My ''dream" was an small LCD screen on the console but unfortunately i have an old OBD port and not an OBD2 so nothing can happen. Nevertheless the infos even from those small gauges are very useful to me.
  22. @Another_Felicia: "What is the other dial Warp Core dilithium flow? " Sorry but english isn't my primary language, you mean the gauge on the console or the one on the asthray's place? Below is my console as is now, the photo isn't good but you can get an idea Water temperature,Voltage,Temperature (inside-outside),Battery.
  23. This is my previous project, except coolant temperature i pay attention to the voltage too.
