Hi, I do not have any experience with OBDeleven, but if it is a matter of basic settings it should be able to do this. In my car the D6 controller was missing in 4B. VCP could not code 4B. I needed ODIS for this.

Just twist the plastic blade. Hold the inner end with the left and twist the outer end down with the right hand. That way it stops juddering

O.K., I got the glass out intact. I used 2 wide plastic trim removers. Another one to get out still..

The "upgraded" Columbus in the MIB3 FL Superbs is a very bad development compared to older ones. Not simply clever.

I have removed a mirror on a V70 quite a while ago. That came off quite easy by moving it inwards and downwards and then only pulling with fingers. The Superb description is downwards only and then lever out with a wide plastic tool. The plastic tool bends but the glass is not budging. Where did you lever on your 1 for 2 series?

Hello, Can anyone tell me how I can remove the mirror glass from the SIII wing mirror WITHOUT cracking it. I had a look on ERWIN and it is described as - move the mirror down and leaver from top. I tried this and it felt as if I was applying quite a bit of force.

Peel the carpet back under the dash and you should see the other end. Try to push it up. Or it might have slipped into the bodywork. Then you have to feed a new one down. What garage did you go to?

Did you take the trim of the A-pillar off? The drain pipe that runs behind there is the one that shrinks and has probably come off the connection.

If you have ODIS or VCDS you can do Adaptation maps. I do not know a way in VCP. I put a couple of guides for VCDS. VCDS records in CSV, ODIS in HTML. In ODIS on the start page you go into 046 - special vehicle functions and after opening it tick coding and/or adaptations. This will record a HTML file with the cars settings.

When it rains the water gets into the channels around sunroof and it leaks. You want to find the spot before the next rain. To check if your channels are still draining you need to use some water.

Hi, Could anyone, who has activated TSR via the Skoda online store, publish an autoscan of their A5 camera or the hardware and software numbers. I am asking because I have a SIII from 2023 and picked up the Skoda connect page that offered TSR FOD to Octavias but not at all to Superbs of a similar MY. The dealer is saying I have the "wrong" A5 camera but apparently TSR could have been ordered on the SIII as a factory option. Opening the sunroof does not cause any more damage. You have to open it to check the drains. Water runs in around the edges.

Open the sun roof and check for the drain holes. There are 4. 2 at the front and 2 at the back. You can run clean water down the side that is not leaking and you will see it run out just behind the front wheel well. On the leaking side take the A-pillar trim off - it just pulls off - and have a look for the pipe running down there. Also the drain pipes shrink over time and yours might have slipped out because of this. You can the cassette out. This is a big job. One person - cannot remember where I saw this - used boot sealant to fix it. The cassette leak is between the plastic and metal joint.

I moved the 12V socket output from fuse 47 to fuse 27. I used pinout tools which worked fine. This is the Fabia fuse board now.Fuses.pdf

Best case scenario - blocked or loose drain. Worst case scenario - new cassette.

I am wondering if there are any more adaptations that I did not correct in 5F. Could anyone post or PM me an admap of a MIB3 Superb possibly in L&K trim.

I have got units back in the display. It was due to "menu_display_central_unit_master" not being activated. Thinking back I did not deactivate it but I did have a mishap last year in 5F when I hit the reset button. Some functions normalized after ignition off, but others did not. Hi Gabbo, I cannot get the car to display Km/h or change to l/100km for consumption in continental Europe. When I look at the, I think, adaptations in STG 17 adaptation map, I see all the units displayed and I could change them over with VCP or ODIS, BUT not through the centre display. I cannot see any setting in the adaptations where it allows for "BAP" setting or anything else to set personalisation. I will connect ODIS and play around. I just did not have the time. I am wondering whether a Skoda update has deleted the display in the centre.....

My daughter got back to me eventually. She just swapped the head light fuses and all is working again...... Really just poor contact in the fuse sockets?

I have not changed anything intentionally. I do not know which controller this comes under either. I have also changed to German language but no change.

I do not have "Units" as a subcategory. I had a look through my adaptation maps of STG 09, 17 and 5F as I thought these might be relevant for the Units. I can see a section inthe dashboard that describes all the customer set ones, but no sectio that make "Units" appear in the settings section.

I don't know about the indicator. Side light, low and high beam are not working. I did not think to ask about the indicator.
