  1. I have always put a very small dab of grease on mine to help. I also have a home made tool to help with the twist in & out fitting. I have had to raise the beam direction under the bonnet to get the best out of them. 6mm Allen key. Dont forget the headlight adjuster knob on the dash as well. Do they work better? Thanks. AG Falco

  4. Exhaust heat shield but this is normally a rattle than a clunk. Get another person to sit in every seat and see if they can locate the noise. Try with the parcel shelf missing as well. Thanks. AG Falco

  10. Try this:- Ignition on, engine running. Turn steering wheel lock to lock both ways then drive the car. Normally clears the christmas tree. ( warning lights ) Thanks. AG Falco
  11. To stop the headlamp washer motor from burning out you need water in the washer bottle. The windscreen washer pump also need to work as well. Thanks. AG Falco
  12. Also don't just use water in the system as the water more likely to stagnate and block the pipes. Thanks. AG Falco

  23. I have just read on a BMW Facebook group that Nick has closed due to personal reasons. It looks like a new company called “Wheel Alignment Solutions” have taken over Nick’s old building and according to the Facebook pics, it’s all the same equipment. Thanks. AG Falco
