  1. Number of previous keepers is Zero. So you would be the second owner. Thanks AG Falco
  2. They probably only have barrels of oil. My last place had a 1500 litre container for the common stuff and barrels for the rest. A barrel is almost 160 litres. TPS depot. Thanks AG Falco
  3. Negative first, positive second on disconnect and the other way when reconnecting, please. Thanks AG Falco
  4. I want one. Thanks AG Falco
  5. Check what make / quality tyres that they might / will fit. See if you can get what you want not what they choose. Thanks AG Falco
  6. It looks like the car has only been serviced at Underwood in Colchester. Now at 14839 Miles Thanks, AG Falco. Found this:- so may have be sold ( to the trade? ) in October 2020. I can check but only at work on Tuesday. Date of last V5C (logbook) issued 15 October 2020
  7. Would have thought so. How many owners? Thanks, AG Falco
  8. Do Skoda Superb front tyres last less than 15,000 miles? Copy and paste? Thanks, AG Falco
  9. Can you undo the bolts and then mover the catch towards the back if the car. The holes can sometimes be enlarged so you can move it around a little. Thanks, AG Falco
  10. So the front tyres went from not advised to both advised on low tread in 651 miles! What DOT code are ALL of the tyres? Thanks, AG Falco
  11. AGFalco replied to Delanor's topic in Skoda Karoq
Does it come on when you take the key out of the ignition? As opposed to just turning the engine off. Thanks, AG Falco
  12. Is there a cover over the bolts that you need to move first to see them? Are the battery terminals both tight? Thanks, AG Falco
  13. Has it only had one MOT then? Thanks, AG Falco
  14. Have you looked at the MOT history? https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history Thanks, AG Falco
  15. You undo the four Torx 25 bolts under the leading edge of the bonnet. If you pull the grill forward you can see some of the barbed tongues that hold the grill in place all around the edge. I don't know if you can get to all of them without removing the bumper first. I found a small car trim removal tool useful to release the barbed tongues from the front of the bumper can work. Thanks, AG Falco
  16. Does the catch need adjusting. The catch that the boot lid clips on to can sometimes be adjusted. Is there some bolts holding the catch on to the bodywork that you can undo, then reposition the catch, and then do back up again. Thanks, AG Falco
  17. Lower grill ( below the number plate ) No. Thanks, AG Falco
  18. Could this be leaving the boot light on which is then flattening the battery. Try taking the boot light bulb out of the holder. Thanks, AG Falco
  19. Nov 2015 would be a Fabia III not IV. Cambelt. No. https://www.skoda.co.uk/owners/servicing-maintenance-fixed-price?gclid=CjwKCAjw3pWDBhB3EiwAV1c5rPaUTuVph5cS5B0UjuzuOtfzWzJDiuO1RS2DvAnB5-ix5AMpxKFbDBoCePkQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds#maintenance Thanks, AG Falco
  20. How many headlamp bulbs do you have on each side of the car? Get some one to first put the headlights on dipped and look at where the light is coming from. Then get them to turn the dipped beam off and put the main beam flash on. If it is from exactly the same place you have one H4 bulb each side, An H4 bulb has two filaments. If the dipped beam is on the outer half and the main beam is on the inner half of the light unit you have 2 H7's bulbs per side. Thanks, AG Falco
  21. This is for when you order a new car. If you are buying it all now it will be more money. If you have 16'' or above wheels they are suggesting a temporary space saver wheel/tyre which comes with the tool kit. If you have 15'' wheels you can get the same size wheel/tyre as on the car but the wheel rim will be a steel, again with the tool kit. You can buy Fabia III's with 15'' steel or 15'' alloys rims. Do you have any tools in the car at the minute. I would not buy a new spare wheel/tyre just to use temporary if/when you need it. I have bought a wheel rim the same as on the car then I can use it without any restrictions. If one of your present wheels fits in the boot then think about getting one more of these. You could put a worn but not worn out tyre from your present wheels on it to start with. Thanks, AG Falco
  22. All sensors require good voltage to return a good signal. At work we have had lots of unrelated problems with a poor battery voltage producing warning lights. Especially with the low usage of car at the minute. So try to charge the battery first then clear the fault codes then drive the car. You want the engine to get hot, not just a zip down the expressway at 70 MPG in top gear. If you wanted to get hot you could try running up a mountain. The same applies for a car engine, long hills in lower gears and higher revs gets them hot. Thanks, AG Falco
  23. But the Vredestein Quatrac 6 is directional. It is better to fit a non directional tyre to a spare wheel. I have a full size Alloy wheel, the same as the rest of the wheels/tyres as my spare, with an asymmetrical tyre fitted to it. Thanks, AG Falco
  24. You might find that one of your four normal wheels/tyres will fit. Have you tried this? The Fabia can come with two spare wheels/tyres. A true space saver, narrow, skinny, speed limited one. A Steel 6j x 15 wheel with a 185 60 15 tyre fitted. This can be the same size as the wheels/tyres fitted to some Fabia III's Don't forget you will want all the kit as well, the jack, wheel brace tool holder etc. Thanks, AG Falco
