  1. All those faults strongly suggest a failing battery or faulty ABS sensor.
  2. If that voltage was read in correct manner, at 11.94 volts the battery is less than 40% charged! Strongly suggest getting battery tested and check alternator operation.
  3. ...or try it in Eco mode for a while and see what that does.
  4. That rather sounds like it's stuck in Sport mode - even though the mode is not selected. Try selecting Sport mode, then switching back to Normal or Eco after a while.
  5. How much later (I.e. higher revs) is the DSG shifting up gears? Stop/Start consistently being inhibited could explain approx. 2 to 3% higher fuel use, depending on length of stops.
  6. Hello, welcome to the forum. Unlikely to require ADAS calibration if only having a wheel alignment done. SWMBOs Fabia recently had both front lower suspension arms replaced (MOT - failing bushes) and subsequent wheel alignment - with no affect on ADAS.
  7. Hello, welcome to the forum. 'Power Consumption is High' message refers to battery state of charge (SOC) and is one of the parameters that inhibits Automatic Idle Stop (Stop/Start) This message can mean either there is presently a high electrical load (A/C, etc.) or the battery is possibly starting to fail. Unlikely to be cause of early DSG changes, but failing battery can cause quite a few false warnings on the dash. Have you accidently switched engine mode to sport?
  8. Suggest checking the rear hubs for excessive heating after a run.
  9. The ESC programme will almost certainly use braking effort, but I wouldn't think it would be on the rear brakes only.
  10. The 60/40 braking bias will actually be to the FRONT - NOT the rear!
  11. Redex was once a product recommended to free gummed-up piston rings - not sure that this is the issue here though, at least one of the issues with EA888 engines was unsuitable oil control rings - but I thought that particular issue had been addressed with the Gen. 3.
  12. How bad is this misfire? Not sure how advisable it will be to continue driving for too long if mis is noticeable.
  13. Guard against possibly voiding any warranty by having work carried out by anyone else.
  14. Is this an 'approved Skoda' warranty? How long have you owned it? How many times has it been back to their workshop for the misfire?
  15. To confirm condition of suspect coil pack, it could be moved to a different cylinder - if misfire moves to that cylinder, that's the problem! NB. it is strongly recommended to use a coil pack extractor. Edit - ^^^^ what Gaz said.
  16. Very much doubt that using V power will make any difference - in any case, poor fuel would affect all cylinders. Did they actually have the coil packs tested off the engine?
  17. Suggest checking cylinder 4 coil pack, if that checks out OK, possibly a faulty injector.
  18. I cannot see dirty fuel being a cause of misfire in just the one cylinder. Was the misfire there before the plugs were changed?
  19. Hello, welcome to the forum. I think that is for the left/right park light - to display side lights on just one side. That function is normally found on the indicator stalk. To confirm, does the stalk move up/down as well as forward/back?
  20. @daveo138 Just a note, yours is actually EFB - not AGM. Still not doing too badly at 10 years old though.
  21. Have you used the proper SD card? - Amundsen MIB2 will only accept Skoda/VAG SD card.
  22. There is usually a date stamp into the top face of the negative terminal, format is WWYY. Stamp matching production year would indicate battery is probably original.
  23. I'm not familiar with this idea of deleting the oil level dipstick - is there an electronic 'button press' to check oil level now - or are you supposed to wait until the Impending Doom light flashes up?
  24. Hello, welcome to the forum. That looks like a intermittent electrical connection, either the main connections, or behind the instrument panel. Has the battery been properly tested?
  25. That almost certainly indicates a clutch position sensor fault - the vehicle should always require the clutch pedal to be depressed before allowing engine start. A message should appear on instrument cluster if clutch pedal is up and start should be inhibited. From past references on this and other forums, clutch inhibit switch/sensor has been fitted to Skodas since at least 2010.
