Centre consol button panel - change of button order
Normally it is an 8 or 10 pin connector, so only 1 connector for all buttons

Centre consol button panel - change of button order
you would have to take the unit which is more fully occupied, then change the cover and re-pin

Replacing the rear brake MQB Classic to MQB EVO
Today the rear brake from a MQB EVO model was installed in a MQB Classic vehicle... both vehicles have PR code 1KE.... everything fits, however the complete 1KE MQB EVO brake is required... that means caliper and motor for the EPB, as well as pads and discs... what I immediately noticed when driving, the EPB drive is much smoother, quieter and simply much more comfortable... for me it is definitely an upgrade

Facelift Crystal Style taillights in the VFL
Unfortunately, I had to process the information that the facelift was more modified than expected at the rear..... that means the new upper part of the bumper is needed as well as various other things unfortunately... the following parts are only needed for the conversion so that the facelift taillights are properly installed: 565807421B — Upper Bumper Section 565945105B — Left Reflector 565945106B — Right Reflector 565807393C — Left Bumper Guide (Small) 565807394C — Right Bumper Guide (Small) 565807393D — Left Bumper Guide 565807394D — Right Bumper Guide 565907455D — Left Blind Spot Radar Bracket 565907456D — Right Blind Spot Radar Bracket 565807863A — Bar with Clamps (Center Bumper Bracket) 565945207B — Left Taillight 565945208B — Right Taillight 565945307E — Left Taillight inside 565945308F — Right taillight inside 565945311 — Left taillight cover 565945312 — Right taillight cover The complete retrofit will cost us around €1,000. Everything was rebuilt and coded by ourselves, of course.

Power Tailgate Fault
It's nice if you say no basic is needed. That helps vehicles where the wires have been repaired, but not if the tailgate no longer opens and closes automatically and the control unit reports the error message "no basic setting." But apparently you know better. With that in mind, I wish you a nice evening.

what don't you understand about it?

Facelift Crystal Style taillights in the VFL
So, that's the next project. The starting point is the following: Skoda Kodiaq model year 2019 PR code for SBBR light: 8SK BCM: HW 5Q0937086BR HW Version 036 SW 5Q0937086BR SW Version 0265 Destination: Skoda Kodiaq model year 2021 facelift Item number SBBR light 565945207B 565945208B 565945308F 565945307E This requires re-routing the cables into the tailgate. I still need to clarify the BCM software version to see if it needs to be updated. As for the animation, the BCM definitely needs to be replaced, but it's not needed.
