Ghost speed limits
I have never seen 30 mph speed limits at the side of motorways or at the on and off ramps. I am either blind or there are no such signs!

Different oils used for service
The UK is normal not known normally for extremes of weather be it heat or cold and the national speed limit and motorway speeds are quite low. No reason with a small capacity and power engine that their favoured oil to recommend should not be OK, and only with some a bit high as far as oil consumption goes. As it is when doing Fixed Oil & Filter services there is no reason that not Long Life Oil can be used with a Petrol, as long as low SAP,s.

Does having the accurate mileage displayed really matter to you, are you not keeping the car for a long time?

Different oils used for service
VW504 00 / 507 00 0w 30 FS III is just perfect for your 2.0 TSI. No need for the VW508 00 / 509 000 0w 20 FS IV that VW Group / Skoda went with for the WLTP Results (RDE2) in the EU / Europe regardless of it being the best for engines long long life. Australia has nothing to do with The World Wide Harmonised Testing that is not Real World Driving testing / emissions. Or even trusted around the whole world. 0w 30 FS better for the engine at higher temperatures than the 0w 20 FS.

How do you drive an EV for best efficiency?
Various BEV,s drive totally different. Some require virtually no touching of the brakes and there are variouis types of using regen braking and degrees of regen braking. Easy to use Shif-ters, paddles or switches are best to use just like dropping a gear IMO. Motorway speeds as in 70 mph can achieve good efficiency dependent on weather conditions and ambient temps and maybe using no or little regen braking. It is very much about which BEV it is and how simple or complex. Sometimes just driving and putting in D and getting a move on is far more efficient than over thinking and messing about. ie driving with passengers, watch the road but not thinking too much.

Timing chain
Bump for @AJR77 Likely not your issue. But just relevant with 1.4 TSI Twin Charger CTHE,s. But first is checking pipes and seals, especially on the Turbo pipe 'O'Ring. Persished or punctured. Common fault with careless techs at spark plug change time. Or not reconnected, the small pipe.

Fabia vRS rough idol on cold start-up
Re the Timing chain. There were issues with CTHE with mow miles as much as 8 years ago and there is a TPI. so just because low miles now means nothing................ This was my post in 2017 so 9 years ago & done because i was getting PM,s from members not wanting to post themselves & asking advice. So i looked for responses from other members. I knew the issue was serious for some.

A Major Dealer Service with Skoda has a Air Filter as being at 6 years / 60,000 miles now, and no guarantee that they bother their lazy arses to check at each service. So simples, best look in the Air Box. Plugging in and reading codes is one thing. Basics are basic. Look see. Lots of cars having Emissions / Control lights coming on recently. My cousins 1.8 TSI Beetle yesterday. IRAN war, and no idea what crap E10 is being delivered currently. (She normally runs on Tesco Momentum 99.)

Four wheel drive/AWD
30,000 miles / 3 years or sooner. Some pumps / screens look terrible at 20,000 miles.

Enyaq aircon
Does it have a Heat Pump or not? You are always heating or cooling or setting to the same as the Ambient temp. Leaving the AC functioning costs you nothing. Air Conditioning. / Drying the air.

Full Matrix Led headlights on motorway
I did not use mine on a Corsa Electric on Motorways because i did not need them and the made the signs too bright when on full beam and were a danger otherwise.

If you think you have unsafe lights, or know you have and post on an open forum then you share that knowledge. You are Insured, tell your insurer. Before sadly some Motorway pile up is caused by your vehicle.

Corporate Responsibility. Never bothered them with DQ200 DSG,s losing drive. They got their Arse Kicked in Australia. If, if, if. Porsche BEV,s have a Fire Risk, owners / keepers were told / advised not to charge cars in buildings. People are getting rubbered by the DVSA over Fuel Rail leaks. Broken Bolts.
