Changing Radio on Skoda Superb II
@vdias Not an answer to your question, but have you used a quadlock adapter to connect the MIB2 radio? Where did you put this adapter? It looks like there is not enough space for such a large adapter behind the head unit...

Amundsen MIB STD2 infotainment system with Android in Superb II
Two questions regarding these MIB STD2 PQ units: Are map upgrades still supported? Anybody know for how long? There is almost no space behind the head unit. Where to put this massive quadlock adapter?

Gearbox knocks and bangs when gear up/downshifts, struggles on slopes
Attachment is better, otherwise the post becomes much too long. Your problem however is probably the fly wheel. It looks like the mounted the wrong one. I also do not understand why you bought a used fly wheel? This is probably the dual mass one, and these wear. Especially in such a difficult to get to location, I would always use new components. The risk of premature failure with a used part is much too high.

Leak found help please
As I already told you in the beginning of this thread: These tubes shrink in length as they age. That's why the tube was disconnected. You have now reconnected it, but the tube is still too short, so the issue will return. The only permanent fix is to replace the tubes by new ones.

Leak found help please
90% chance it is the sunroof. Most likely the drain tubes are loose (they shrink in length over time, and have to be replaced). It is a well know VAG problem.

Water leak A pillar - Roof
That is a common problem that all these VAG sunroof tubes have: They tend to shorten over time... Normally they replace the complete tube by new ones, but your fix (if long-term watertight) may be a solution as well.

Apart from your 4x4, you have a problem with the font settings. This is unreadable. Please modify your post to use the default fonts of this forum.

Car windows opening on their own.
I've had the same issue years ago (already have my S2 since 2011). There were two possible causes: One is mentioned above (long press on the open key opens all windows). The other possible cause is "rain closing" which is supposed to automatically close the windows of a parked car when it starts raining. There could be some bug in that function which opens instead of closed the windows in some circumstances. I disabled both and never had the issue again. But also never bothered to find out which of the two was the primary cause.

What to replace after 260k km / 11 years? (Long term maintenance list)
Sorry, but that's a contradiction. You state that you use EGR cleaner every 10 k KM, and that this cleaner is helpful, but still the EGR broke down.... Can you explain how that cleaner was helpful?

What to replace after 260k km / 11 years? (Long term maintenance list)
@xtp77 The S2 has electric power steering. So no power steering fluid. And like in any other front wheel drive car, the differential is integrated in the gearbox. So there is no separate differential fluid (unless you have a 4x4 of course). BTW: If you really don't know if your car has a differential, I highly doubt whether you should maintain the car yourself...

Replaced 2012 Superb alarm siren, chirps constantly
@SuperbDP Thanks for the feedback. Too bad you haven't found a working one at Ali though... Mine is also 13 years old, so I might need a replacement in the near future as well.

There is also this thread about replacing this siren in the Octavia section: Does have quite a few posts, but also no references to working, cheaper alternatives.😒

Alarm Siren Battery Replacement
Sorry to restart an old thread, but according to my ETKA, type no. 1K8951605B was originally installed in my Superb (built in July 2011). This number was replaced by 1K0951605C on June 1, 2012. This last number is also the one that Skoda-Parts.com is selling (at a whopping € 256...), so I think that is the correct number you need to buy when needing a replacement. Has anyone successfully installed a cheaper version from Aliexpress without any resulting VCDS errors? I might need one in the near future...

Replaced 2012 Superb alarm siren, chirps constantly
Most likely your cheap Chinese replacement is not so genuine... Too bad, since somewhere in the near future I will have to replace mine too. Edit: There was already an older topic about this siren, which also shows its location:

PVC Valve replacement & Charcoal Canister Purge Control Valve Replacement
Agreed. But regrettably that's the current state of technology. Since the introduction of all new emission regulating equipment long-term reliability of internal combustion engines has plummeted... We have a similar problem with our second car, a 2015 Citroen C3 with a 82 hp VTI engine. Oil consumption is rising, and an overhaul (or new engine...) will be needed around 120.000 km, which was also when our Superb's engine got his overhaul.
-
PVC Valve replacement & Charcoal Canister Purge Control Valve Replacement
@pandahill: If your car suffers from high oil consumption and still has the original, non-overhauled pistons, you need an engine overhaul. With this overhaul the PCV-valve is also always replaced, and the intake (which will most likely be clogged by soot) will be cleaned. But if you still want to replace just the parts, for my car (MY 2012) the correct part numbers are (or were in 2014, since that's the date of my ETKA version): Carbon filter: 1K0 201 801 E + pipe 1K0 201 160 BG PCV-valve: 06H 103 495 E Can't find the number for the valve. I would never buy cheap, no-name parts from Amazon though... Buying quality parts will prevent a lot of irritation...

Leak at Bonnet release handle and A pillar
That rubber strip is there just for decorative purposes and does not keep the water out. Please re-read my previous post (or watch a movie on Youtube about the mounting of a windscreen).
-
Leak at Bonnet release handle and A pillar
If the water is coming in at the top of the A-pillar, than it's usually a windscreen that's not properly glued. Can be tested by removing the A-pillar cover, pressurizing the car interior (by turning on the blower and blocking the air vents in the back as much as possible) and using a smoke generator (which any decent garage should have) to release smoke around the suspect area of the windscreen.

Remap
Thé week spot of the DQ200 is its clutches. Mine only survived for the last 150.000 km's (and counting) because it has improved (after market) software and it was not overloaded with torque (kept it at stock 250 Nm). I would never recommend to strain it with a higher torque than the specified max of 250 Nm. Further agreed with @Ootohere: Topic starter @led57 should start by telling us what engine his Superb has...

Cylinder 3 misfire Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI
Sorry, I realize that "revise" is not the correct English word. I meant overhaul. So take the engine apart, and reassemble it with new pistons and piston rings (and usually also a new timing chain set, crankcase ventilation etc) to solve the oil consumption problem. But again. this can very quickly be diagnosed with a borescope.
-
Cylinder 3 misfire Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI
First of all: How much is "a bit of oil"? If it's over 1 liter / 2000 km, you have an oil burner. About the symptoms: I assume your 1.8 TSI hasn't been revised yet, and still has the old piston rings. Most likely these are the cause of your problem. The lower piston ring of cylinder 3 is most worn (or most clogged), and lets oil pass into the cylinder. There this oil causes the carbon built up, which destroys your spark plugs. In short: I think you need to revise your engine. I hope you are still in time. The cases I've heard of which had similar issues like yours also had damaged cylinder walls... An inspection with borescope can proof this theory in minutes.
