You can also pressure test the intercooler directly ,is very concludent. Don't focus too much on testing the entire system at expansion tank...in many cases with a cold engine will hold pressure (1.2bar) over night and shows nothing. My bet is on one of theese two ,egr cooler or intercooler One more important thing...after each intervention the cooling system is very very hard to propperly bleed.In my case after replacing the egr cooler and bled with VCDS it took 10 days to settle the coolant level.I added every 2 days 100-150ml.I thought I had another leak but no

I had the same coolant loss issue,was the egr cooler.Bought Mahle aftermarket part wich of course was an OE part just under half price. You can check that pretty easy by removing the turbo pressure pipe to egr cooler,if you find a thick film of gunk inside the pipe wich is coolant mixed with exhaust gas that's it.

I think the engine is pushed by the remap way over and adding a caravan is killing it. Reputable tunner in my country said to me there is little room to remap this engine (wich I also have) safely and reliable. His advice was for best reliability was:"don't do it" or max 205 HP if you really want

I don't know and don't care at all...If I find by accident and is easy to fix,dirt cheap I'll do. This engine wich I think is a good one souds very bad at idle.The vacuum pump sounds like grinding at low temperature ,the flywheel has a light clatter noise also,the exhaust flap rattles like hell sometimes (I sprayed some cooper lube and I guess is gone)....all are normal. I had another squeak with the timing belt tensioner,but I replaced the kit and is gone. It takes 10 to 20km to propper warm up the engine and to get quiet.The good part is none is present in the cabin.

mine has the same sound and I think is the wastegate flap inside the turbo.

Hello friends! Some help needed to understand the dpf values for my 2.0tdi 190 Why 2 values 17 and 4 hPa ? 17hPa is at idle and at 2500rpm goes to 95 hPa wich I guess is a bit high. Car runs fine,pulls great

what a nightmare to replace these bulbs...took me 3 hours .The metal clips that secures the bulb are insanely stupid.

hello guys! I have a question related to auto locking(full kessy) ,when you move away from the car.Mine acts very strange,I leave the car with the key in my pocket and it refuses to lock itself But when I wash the car at self wash and move away and came back to the car several times in short distances it locks itself every time.

I use Liqui Moly SuperDiesel on mine and Supremium Diesel from Wynns when travel to Bulgaria and Greece where diesel fuel is crap and car looses power. Both gave great results. On previous Volvo I used them for 5(105k km) years tens of cans literally. wynns helps with slightly longer distances between regens. When I bought the car (second hand) was a bit down on power and Liqui Moly helped alot to restore it. vcds shows dpf in a great shape I'm a big fan

the link is wrong ,I used the right oil with corect norm witch was asvertised for Audi DL382 with the same G05529 Anyway...maybe is too cheap for some.

The grip on the pirelli p7 and the rim protection are awesome (18inch).They are a bit noisy but small price to pay. I went on a road trip through Bulgaria and Greece,3700 km of bad roads,very bad highway...I has angry as hell,total nightmare.You can barely tell if is Bulgaria or Ucraina on the roads. OE skoda documentation requires to remove/refit the wheels for bleeding the brakes

they can be fixed.Even in Romania are shops wich can unseal the lamps and replace the modules.Is not OE but is not 1.6 k either.

I have adjusted the front radar by myself with VCDS.Is not very easy but was succesful.That was in january....still works fine

Left headlight (lhd car) dips a little more after certain speed and goes back and perfect level with right headlight at very sloow speed. I get it,is for safety resons I guess but is there any coding for not doing that?

speaking of windsreen I hit a pheasant and cracked the windscreen but could be worse and bend the roof wich was not the case. feel sorry for the bird tho
