did u replace the lamp with an aftermarket LED one? usually the pulsing/flickering means a poor quality lamp, and is not CANBUS friendly.

Get a 1hr account with Erwin Skoda, using ur VIN get a vehicle specific report. It's a 7-9 page report on every PR build code used to build ur car, including wat options were fitted from factory. The boot sticker is nowhere near as comprehensive or complete.

i've been running the Start-stop memory module in my Superb for more than a year now - its been brilliant. it always remembers, on restart, the last state i left the start-stop in, and i can always hit the start-stop button to reactivate when i know i'll b stopped at the lights for a while. no need to "trick" the car by altering voltages with VCDS/OBDEleven.

thank you regarding the suspension drop with the Eibach Pro-kit..... u'll get a 35mm drop if u have standard suspension. u'll get a 20mm drop if u have DCC suspension as its already 15mm lower than standard. i don't know how much lower than standard the Sportline suspension is, so i'm not sure wat the final drop amount will be. i also believe the Sportline comes in two flavors - one with DCC and one without DCC. not sure how this pans out.

not sure how different it would b with the TDi, but with the TSi, the air intake is behind the grille, above the radiator.

Given @MICKSVRS has a liftback like mine, I'd say he got the same Eibach Pro-kit springs as the ones I got for mine. 20mm drop all round. DCC shocks, non-Sportline. AWD 280/272 models have a different part number. Likewise wagons have a different part number. Mine is a 220 2.0 TSi. I have 15mm spacers on the front and 10mm spacers on the rear, but I'm also running wider 245/40R19 tyres.

The outer stripes r a seperate item again to the outer light. So if u don't want the stripe, get the light cluster on its own. If u buy a used one with it already, it shouldn't b too difficult to remove as it's just adhesive.

the chrome/black strip r a separate piece, and is part of the boot handle/RVC/number-plate lights trim. looks like this.....

i don't know wat codings and adaptations r "correct" for ur specific car. it depends on wat was fitted/specc'ed. i can't tell u that. u need to use something like Skoda Erwin to get specifics. u asked what the coding was for headlights, in ur case 55-headlight range control - i shared wat i know. from MY17, 09-central electrics doesn't have any long coding anymore, just adaptations, and there is almost 2000 lines of adaptations just in that module. codings/adaptations/blockmaps will change between RHD and LHD cars. it will change based on equipment fitted. so simply copying and pasting long codes and adaptations is not a wise move as u risk messing things up.

+1 Mine is 2017, and the DSG knob is still factory new. Many times I rest my hand on the lever while driving. Many times my ring finger grazes it. But the knob is still good, as is expected to be. I'm surprised the number of people having issues with their knobs deteriorating!! Sorry, not funny, I know.

The Superb doesn't have that option. Our setup is different to the Octavia when it comes to HBA/SLA behaviour. In the Superb, the activation and deactivation speed is embedded in the 4B parameter file. U can't edit this. Interestingly with mine, prior to retrofitting SLA headlights, my HBA threshold was 60 km/h. After I retrofitted SLA, and had the SLA parameter file loaded, the threshold changed to 40 km/h! That was unexpected, but I like it. Even the Skoda videos for SLA one of the conditions is that the car is doing at least 60 km/h. Oh well, I'm not complaining. https://youtu.be/z3D9vHxc9T0

It uses the same connector plug as the existing one. Remove old. Plug new. Nice n easy. The hard bit was getting the old 12v socket out. Had to break it out.

Battery is covered under factory warranty. My battery was replaced last year at its 3 yr service mark.

@Awesam - can u measure from the ground to the top of the wheel arch? as per the yellow markings in the pic below.

i routed my front USB port to inside the center armrest console storage so i could connect/store my AAWireless device nicely under mat. i had initial plans to get a USB hub so i can add a second USB port into the blank/dummy plate in there. one day......

As @fraz8888 mentioned - get 12v socket USB adaptor charger thing. I removed the 12v socket in mine and replaced it with a USB socket. Happy with it. the picture u shared is for markets that have the optional 240v power socket at that rear console. Those things come with additional USB ports (power only). the wiring loom for that is definitely not there, n the hardware is difficult to source and very expensive.

For RHD cars, u need to drop the glovebox - it is behind it.

I didn't have to drill any additional holes with the ones I got, front or rear. They utilised the existing holes used for the wheel arch liner.
